Thank you, I did talk to my nut...she expects me to eat a lot of calories and Protein. I guess I just need to get back to my protein all day. :-(

I think it is going to be like this for a while with the nerves. Lol. On a positive note at least we won't be due in the winter so we can get right out and be active with the babies!? I'm really freaking about the weight gain, it's been a nice ten months watching the scale go down...to see it move the other way is going to be rough!

I am 10 months out from surgery and down 135 pounds and just found out I'm pregnant. I have to say I am just nervous about the weight gain and ability to lose post-baby. My weight has been pretty stable these last few months, so I'm not concerned that this pregnancy will be unhealthy for the baby but I also know I need to make some healthy changes and eat more. Just wondering about others in the same situation and how everyone is doing?

My bmi was 54 in December 2012 and is now 31! :-) I have only a little more to go before just overweight! Lol

I eat just about everything including grapes and popcorn and I'm fine. I have had foods that don't sit well though...steak and wings are pretty uncomfortable but I just don't eat them often. :-)

I can't believe I never realized what I was doing! I have eaten like this since my teen years...crazy! I am definitely looking forward to the best bite first now! Lol

Yeah...it's not great. Lol. 130 pounds down doesn't do any good for your skin. My arms are really bad and my belly. I just bought some Spanx for a dress I got today!

Here is a progress picYou look great!

I can't wait to try these!

I have to say, I am not looking forward to plastics but I definitely need surgery. I need a Tummy Tuck and insurance will cover it but I am trying to decide wether to have another baby first or to do the tuck first so I could experience pregnancy like someone a normal size. I would love to have my arms done too but probably won't be able to afford it. I am only 8 months out but no amount of time or exercise is going to bring my skin back. I have been obese to morbidly obese my entire life and my skin is never going to bounce back so I guess I figure why wait?

I am almost 8 months out and I feel pretty deflated too. 130 lbs down will do it I suppose but my boobs are so saggy, my belly is horrible and I have thr bat wings too. Oh and my legs look like Jello jigglers. Lol. Don't get me wrong, I feel so much better and wouldn't trade it for anything but I wouldn't mind a surgery or 3! I'll have my tummy done eventually but probably not the other stuff, i'll just pray it tightens a bit.

Me too' date=' I ate some tinned tuna as one of my first proper meals, and it was SO painful. My ratio of tuna to Mayonnaise was wrong! Lesson learned [/quote']
Lol no dry meat...ever!

I ate some fish when I was maybe 6weeks post op...kept eating it for 3 meals. Not such a great idea, it was way too dry and I ended up puking at work for an hour and felt horrible all night! :-(

I am 130 lbs down with about 30 more pounds to go! I am way behind with pictures though. I am feeling great, doing so much more than a year ago...really got my life back and I'm loving it. I have gone from a tight 28 to a 16 and a 5x to an xl/1x.
