In my experience, there is nothing to do but wait it out or throw up whichever your body decides to do! Trying new food can be a bad experience when it fails. I know because I try new stuff a lot. I have learned to take one bite and then wait. If after a few minutes it is ok I try another bite. If not I stop. I have a sweet tooth too. Making sugar free fat free pudding at home works great and then some fat free whipped topping...mmmm. And as long as I eat a small amount it is fine. I also like sugar free Popsicles. Also, if you want to try making different kinds of protein shakes try going to DashingDish.com and try some of her recipes, some taste very good. Anybody else know "safe" ways to get that sweet taste without the feeling sick?
