I was sleeved om 1/28, exactly one month ago yesterday. I am stalled at 27lbs. BUT ALL IS STILL GREAT!!! This is not a sprint but a marathon!!

You do not have to mix with Water, I do because they are kinds thick. It is 3.8 ozs and you want them cold. I get a glass of ice and mix equal amounts of Protein Drink and water.

I use the New Whey Liquid Protein and they are great, I am just getting tired of the strong drink flavors. I crave just plain water...LOL These have 42 grams of Protein. I like them all except I have not tried the blue raspberry because I hae never liked that flavor of anything. Grape is my favorite thou.....I got mine at the Vitamin Shoppe.< /p>

Sleeved 1/28 and down 26.2 today!!! Feeling great!!!

I was sleeved on Monday also, spent 2 full days I'm the hospital and was very glad I did. I have been out the past 2 days and feel great, get tired but the walking has really helped. I am doing good getting my Protein and liquid in. BTW, my nurse told me to let the ice melt in my mouth not to chew it because it causes gas. Let's stay in touch and share ideas.

I am on day 3 of pre op and very light headed. Any ideas?? I have surgery on the 28th. My doc has me on shakes and chicken and vegs for lunch.< /p>

I am on the 28th also.....had both preops today. I am nervous but but so excited to not be hungry all the time. Keep in touch!!
