  4. I've doing pretty good. I've been a stall since May. Which is frustrating. I've lost 99lbs total since presurgury. I workout as much as I can. I feel stronger. I will never regret the decision I made. I love having the weight off. I need to lose about 48 more pounds.
  5. I'm 8 months out and I've forgotten what does drinking with meals do to us. Does it cause weight gain or just flush the nutrients out? I haven't mastered not doing this.

  16. I've already past the 60% mark. Don't believe the hype. You can do whatever you set your mind to do. If its what you want. Then work hard to reach your goal
  17. I was sleeved Nov 14th. My total start weight was 292lbs. I've gotten done 197lbs. Then I keep fluctuating back up to 200 or 201. This has been going on for 2-3 wks. It's frustrating. I have started working out. But I worry I'm not going to lose anymore.
  18. It's hard getting past stalls. I'm approaching my 6 month mark. I'm going up and down by 3 lbs. I think we're scared the ride is over. I know if I could get rid of my loose skin I'd lose another 30 lbs. I keep pushing and hoping the scale will move again.
