I'm at 11 months out. And I've in in a stall since April-May. It's finally moving I've lost another 5 lbs in the past week and a half. Woot woot.

Good for you! Just keep on going, The body will let go sooner or later if you stay on plan. We are here for the long haul, and our bodies sometimes really let us know it IS the Loooong Haulllllll!

I really don't know what started up. I've changed and stuck to plan. Nothing worked. I've been toning up for a while maybe that's what finally was the changed. I have no idea. I'm just glad it did. I go to the DR in November so I needed it to be different.
