  1. Your in a stall. We all hit them. Adding more food. Make sure your drinking enough and are getting your protein. It will restart your losing again. I know it's frustrating. Mine lasted about 2 and a half weeks.
  2. For me it was 20 lbs. then I hit a long stall. A lot of that was in the beginning when I could eat hardly anything
  3. Didn't do to bad. Took small bites. Would pause a while. I was pleased I didn't overdo it. Had steak and green beans. I'm 7 and a half weeks out. I'm so happy with my decision almost everyday. :0)

    Well I would definitely let that gym know. She needs to keep her private thoughts to herself. It's about getting healthy and that's what your doing. They need to either get on board and support you or keep their judgements and thoughts to themselves.
  5. I listened to what others did to get out of the stall. Eat more!!! It really works. I was in a 2-3 week stall. Starting eating more even added a few more carbs. I drink at least one protein drink a day. It will work for ya. I was sleeved nov. 14th.

  7. I love how my friend helps me not over eat. Had taco night last night. Ate only one. And was fine. Just have to convince head. It's a great day

    I live in the Boro. Dr westmorland is my doctor. My surgery was Nov 14th.
  11. I'm in middle TN. My surgery was November 14th. I started out at 292. When I had the surgery I was at 263. Now 240. I'm very excited about the journey.

  13. Sometimes I hate eating. I keep eating to much and getting sick. It's like not worth eating.

    I agree. Why was that person so rude. When your sick and aren't getting answers from doctors you turn to others to vent. How about seasoning your words better. Hang in there I hope for your healths sake it gets better for ya.
  16. Yes I'm very proud of my decision for surgery. But it's still my life my business. I'm not lying in anyway. As we all know the surgery is just a tool. I have to do the work to succeed. It's sad people talk about others and not in a positive way. Just let it be and live your life the way you want to live it.

    I'm on my feet all the time with work. Loosing weight has helped my feet problems. There's also a special sock I've use that helped my feet to stretch the muscle. I think B-12 helps with the inflammation also.at least it's helped me.

    A podiatrist is who you want to see. They'll help you a lot. I have inserts for my shoes. And I where certain brands of shoes.
  19. I really haven't told people. I tell them it's hard work. Because I still have to watch what I eat and exercise. I felt its my business also

    Juice for nausea?

    I sipped on some apple juice I think on the second week. It served its purpose to have hydration and nutrients. I'm in my fifth week I haven't had any since. I had like a 12 ounce bottle over the course of the day.
  22. My eyes were much bigger. I ate too much and fast and made myself sick. I threw up some. I still feel terrible

    It's your business. I haven't told a lot of people because I don't want gossip. It's my business. I'm working hard with my diet. You have to do what's best for you.
