I'm so happy. Today, I weighed at the gym. (I have been really scared of the scale.) My surgery was on December 12th. I started out at 327 and today I weigh 270. 57lbs down and 30 since day of surgery. I also have gone from a size 26-28 to a size 18. Let's see what I can do in another month. Yay!!! A week later. I know what you guys are saying 'You're crazy...' I am a contractor. I don't get paid if I don't work. I felt fine. I carry a bag with me everyday with Protein, Vitamins, MIO for my Water and now soft foods. I'm 3 1/2 weeks out and I feel great. The first 3 weeks, before food, I can admit, after work an picking up kids and homework, I feel asleep quickly and was always tired.

Buy a sexy Halloween costume

I just rook a swing dance lesson! I didnt get tired, my feet didnt hurt, and most importantly I didnt feel out of place or fat. (Instructor had a bigger muffintop then me!!!!).
It was fun and I am looking forward to more!!!

Oh, and did I mention a new, better looking driver license

First thing I'm doing is buying a pair of boots and skinny jeans. Can't tell you how many times I've tried to find boots (wide calf) and cried because nothing would fit my fat, fat legs.
Wear shorts. (Again with the fat, fat legs)
Run. With my kids. Husband. Dogs. Friends. For my life. Just run because my legs and lungs can tolerate it for the first time in 10-15 years.
Surprise my husband by wearing nothing but a trench coat.
Take my man lingerie shopping and actually be comfortable to buy corsets and stockings with those sexy lil clips.
Take up wakeboarding again.
Learn to rollerblade (yes I said learn).
Learn to ice skate.
Go sailing.
Take a hot air balloon ride.
Go paragliding.
Go snorkeling.
Take a trip to: Vegas, Disney, any place with white sandy beaches.

I rarely get hungry. I think about food all day long, but it got better when I got to puréed/soft food this week. I have been eating in small amounts and loving it. No more eating quickly. I think people mistake hunger with cravings. I just took my kids to McDs and damn those fries smelled delicious. I got a snack wrap, grilled. I ate the chicken out of it in small pieces. It felt like I was able to enjoy my meal partially. LOL! Get some MIO for the Water. It helps. I'm working on making Protein Shakes better. The thickness has been bothering me.

I forgot...ROLLER COASTERS...There's so much I just can't wait. Hopefully, fall in love and find my future husband.

I used to figure skate as a child, I'd love to do that again. Also, I'd love to be a runner and go crazy at the playground with my kids.
