  1. Down 56 lbs since 1/22. Hoping to drop more!!!
  2. Hang in there! I've been in a stall for a month now but I know it will break! Just keep doing the right steps and this too shall pass!
  3. I too am able to eat almost anything! Wish I was more restricted.
  4. Thank you so much for all the advice, encouragement and overall response! Your words have REALLY helped me. I can't wait to try a support group and will start tracking my foods more. All the best to you all!
  5. I was sleeved 2/22/13, have lost 49lbs total (including pre-op diet loss) but haven't list anything in the last 3 weeks. I'm still walking 4-5 days a week and added a toning DVD 3 days a week but still no movement. I'm still trying to figure out the eating part. How many calories are you all eating? I don't believe this is where I'm going wrong but I'm open to looking into it. I knew this would happen but it's hard to go through.
  6. I'm the same as you and experienced the exact same two issues. I freaked out but after posting here and talking to my dr, I realized it wasn't odd. Many have the same experiences. Your period will be off for a while. Just a heads up! Good luck!

    Ha!! Same problem!
  8. I can relate! What helped me was getting out of the house. My sisters family, mom and I went to the zoo, church, mall, movies...etc... After a while it leveled out! Hang in there and best wishes!
  9. I have 22/24 and would live to send. How does this work?
  10. I had my surgery 1/22/13, started liquids one week before surgery and as of today have list 46 lbs. I followed the plan exactly and have walked 5-6 days a week. Feel great! I'll start to slow down soon as a stall is due but I'm sticking to the plan so that I get through the stall, when it happens.
  11. This freaks me out! I have very fine hair so when I lose everyone will notice. My doctor told me that in month four I'll start to see hair loss but by month 6 it will stop. And as soon as it starts to fall out new hair is growing in. Minor comfort but I'll take it!
  12. I had cottage cheese, mashed potatoes, vegetables, black bean soup and lots of protein shakes.
  13. Hi other sleevers! I had my surgery on the 22nd of Jan and for the most part feel great. I have an embarrassing question to ask though. I'm having a lot if loose bowl movements and I'm only having Water with a little Protein water. (My dr has me on Clear liquids for a week) I'm also having a hard time drinking the 60 oz of liquids. How do you do this? Has anyone else experienced this? I just don't recall anyone saying this in class. Thanks!

  16. Dr Kim in Colleyville? Me too!!
  17. Sorry for the delay in response. I'm SO glad to have you all also on the 22nd. Please let me know how I can offer you support; it's nice to not have to walk through this alone.
  18. How's the pain? I'm scheduled for 1/22/13.
  19. Still nervous but excited!
