Down 56 lbs since 1/22. Hoping to drop more!!!- Stupid stall
Hang in there! I've been in a stall for a month now but I know it will break! Just keep doing the right steps and this too shall pass!- How much
I too am able to eat almost anything! Wish I was more restricted.- I'm stalled :( NEED encouragement!
Thank you so much for all the advice, encouragement and overall response! Your words have REALLY helped me. I can't wait to try a support group and will start tracking my foods more. All the best to you all!- I'm stalled :( NEED encouragement!
I was sleeved 2/22/13, have lost 49lbs total (including pre-op diet loss) but haven't list anything in the last 3 weeks. I'm still walking 4-5 days a week and added a toning DVD 3 days a week but still no movement. I'm still trying to figure out the eating part. How many calories are you all eating? I don't believe this is where I'm going wrong but I'm open to looking into it. I knew this would happen but it's hard to go through.- This is a WAY TMI post.. but I need help!
I'm the same as you and experienced the exact same two issues. I freaked out but after posting here and talking to my dr, I realized it wasn't odd. Many have the same experiences. Your period will be off for a while. Just a heads up! Good luck!- Boobs?
- Too emotional and moody?
I can relate! What helped me was getting out of the house. My sisters family, mom and I went to the zoo, church, mall, movies...etc... After a while it leveled out! Hang in there and best wishes!- Need 24,22 pants
I have 22/24 and would live to send. How does this work?- January sleevers......what's your weight loss so far?
I had my surgery 1/22/13, started liquids one week before surgery and as of today have list 46 lbs. I followed the plan exactly and have walked 5-6 days a week. Feel great! I'll start to slow down soon as a stall is due but I'm sticking to the plan so that I get through the stall, when it happens.- hair loss
This freaks me out! I have very fine hair so when I lose everyone will notice. My doctor told me that in month four I'll start to see hair loss but by month 6 it will stop. And as soon as it starts to fall out new hair is growing in. Minor comfort but I'll take it!- Pureed foods stage
I had cottage cheese, mashed potatoes, vegetables, black bean soup and lots of protein shakes.- BM questions-kind of embarrassed
Hi other sleevers! I had my surgery on the 22nd of Jan and for the most part feel great. I have an embarrassing question to ask though. I'm having a lot if loose bowl movements and I'm only having Water with a little Protein water. (My dr has me on Clear liquids for a week) I'm also having a hard time drinking the 60 oz of liquids. How do you do this? Has anyone else experienced this? I just don't recall anyone saying this in class. Thanks! - January sleevers......what's your weight loss so far?
