  6. I just called OCC today and I have adrenal fatique syndrome. I have to take medication for it so I may have to postpone my operation. I tried to lose weight before and it is hard. I was told to lose at least 10 pounds before the operation so the liver will be small during the procedure. I may not be able to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks. I talked to Dr. Miranda the diet doctor at OCC. I will probably get my surgery done in June when my son is out of school. I have to get my adrenal gland functioning again. Dr. Ariel Ortiz is an excellent doctor in Mexico I did my research on him and he is very well known for his procedures. You made the right decison by chosing him. I wish I could go on April 8, 2013 so then I can met up with you but I can't. I have to get my health back together first. Sincerely, Tracy Sellers

  13. ASk your surgeon because you will be injecting yourself with medication before an operation and the surgeon may not want that.
  14. Also, a muscle builder vitamin may help, and doing weights everyday for the triceps. Eat high amounts of protein. It would be best to ask the doctor about it and ask a trainer at the gym to show you some of the tricep building techniques.
  15. You are doing great. Just remember to exercise on a regular basis.
  16. HCG IS NOT GOOD. I TRIED IT AND IT DID NOT WORK FOR ME. 500 CALORIES A DAY! IT DROVE ME CRAZY.
  17. I was told not to go over 35 carbs a day. The atkins diet is good you can buy the shakes and the candy bars for dessert and they are good. Sincerely, Tracy

  21. Is it possible that it could be a side affect from the medication that you are taking? You should call the pharmacist and let him know about all of the medication that you are taking. You may have a side affect from the meds. Pharmacists know more about side affects from drugs then doctors do. Also, get back in to see your surgeon that did the operation. He may have more information. Sincerely, Tracy
  22. Dear Johnlatte, I really like your lego picture.
  23. oh, I am sorry I get confused with pre-op and post-op. Congrads on the weight loss. Kept up the good work. Sincerely, Tracy
  24. I have gained 15 pounds since Christmas so my surgery date is April 8. I have to do the post op diet now. I am 5 foot 4 and 215 pounds. I have gained forty pounds in one year. The doctor said I should start my pre-op diet now so my liver will shrink before surgery. You can always do your honeymoon post op now and then 2 weeks before surgery do the liquid diet that your doctor says to do. I have to start mine now. Sincerely, Tracy
