Hello , is it normal to get up and move around for a while and then get tired and have a lil back pain? I'm 6 out from surgery day ? On the bright side I slept great first whole night of sleep thank The Lord

Hun I had surgery Monday 11/26/12 but I have three days where I was able to due a lil around the house but nothing like running around or such I would come back to bed and get up once in a while . That has been my experience

Hello I'm surgery was Monday 11/26/12 I have been getting headaches did anyone else experience this to the point of migraine ????help ?

I'm 5.2 and with my lap band I got down to 155 and I wasn't as small as I was suppose to be at my hight I had a slippage this year and had the Lapband removed and got the sleeve on Monday 11/26/12 so we will see if I can get to my goal weight at 130

I understand both sides but just as he is married to her and doesn't support her is wrong this is his wife ( for better or for worse , in sickness and in health , tell death do u part ) he could voice his opinion but support her either way even tho his upset. She should tell him she is having surgery and allow him to come to terms with it he will he is just being stubborn . As for family I think that's wrong I'm sure if something happened and they needed surgery she would support them. It's not right to disregard her surgery just because its for weight loss in any surgery you could die ! Any !! Just a thought and my own opinion I'm not rude or mean to fight over this but I think they should support each other always ! ????Good day

When I had my lap band I was alone too my husband was a total jerk !!!! But it was my choice as a person I wasn't happy with myself and he had a lot to do with it . But as time went on he got used to it . This year I had complications with my band I had it removed and graduated to a sleeve but my mom and sister have been great the first couple of days I would say 3/4 you will need someone to help u after that u are fine , at least I was because I had no help at night to get up to use the restroom he was nocked out and I am a lil hard A.. So I just did myself I'm 4 days out and I'm walking around have my meds right next to me I get up on my own , I showered the next day , make sure u have a microwave to heat your soups and teas or etc . You just got to motivate yourself he is being selfish and worried a lil but they have to support us in our life's journey as well them ! Hang in there u will be just fine keep your head up hope your friend is right there with u at least a week for whatever u need ????good luck

I'm the exact same way , I fall asleep for about 3/4 hours the most maybe less and ill wake up restless and uncomfortable so I walk around but it is so annoying :/(

I dnt think that's a good idea soda has gas and it will stretch your stomach out again just a suggestion .

Yes yes ???? it feels as if you where in a car accident ! And you can't get comfortable it's annoying :/ and frustrating .

Mine was Monday 11/26/12 and I didn't have a issue just dnt think about it , pinch your nose and drink it and right after drink some water or have jello

I had mines Monday 11/26/12 and I woke up groggy , and dizzy but dud have abdominal pain but all I said was I'm hurting and they gave me meds and that was the end of that . In all honesty you will be sore but it's bearable if you have had a child you can deal with this type of pain.
