  1. Wow do u really have to take all this meds ??? I'm new to this just got sleeved 11/26/12 am a lap band patients prior to this

I had a lap band 3 years ago I lost a total of 74 pounds but everything came to a halt when I started getting bad acid reflex to the point of not being able to sleep because I would wake up with acid in my mouth and me chocking . I went to the doctor he ordered a scope threw my mouth that showed that my Lap band had slipped he said I have to fix it , remove it , or u can opt to get the sleeve . I decided the sleeve it would remove a foreign object and give me the same effect as the lap band . So here I am with the sleeve and having a hard time knowing which Protein powders to get and what Vitamins are good :/ .
