    Go back to the doctor - call them today !!!!- and ice will help - use a frozen bag of veggies - now a days they tell you ice - reduces the inflamtion !!! Hugs - Hugs Hugs... Aw grandma :0)... My chiro retired never found one who I liked since - he would adjust you and that was it - no coming back for a million appointments..

    No drama this week ;0) - Bear & Sheba play w/Bella - Angel gets pissed when Bear plays w/her - Angel tolerates her ;0) Andrew is good w/Bella - but I think his heart is still w/Ryder WTG on your calories that and exercise your lbs should be coming off

    To all exercisers - Please make sure you take plenty of water w/you when exercising - Also.. You need to hydrate BEFORE you exercise - this is important - especially for all those sweaters out there - Make sure you get your eletrictorlites (sp) Smart Water has them.. WTG Gang I am really glad to see everyone getting into the groove.. Great-Have fun at class let us know how it goes and you will start liking it - the more you do it - it's a great confidence booster - Last night at boot camp I was using the 10 lbs weight for our arm exercises - I had 2 pple (instructors) who said WTG - Great for the ego... And yes I have a little one ;0) - Friday is my Furlough day - just cking out the schedule at 24 hr fitness - I may go to spin at 9 - we will see no promises. Heck I'm already exercising 5 times a week .. Julie - Safe Drive... Hugs on your pain Well gotta get to work - cbl

    Good Morning Peeps Apples thoughts are with you... Not much to report - Dinner - lamb chops & butternut squash - sf vanilla ice cream cone - graham cracker and peanut butter 2 and glass of milk ;0) Eva - your work walking is moving so I say that counts a little bit :blushing: - better than sitting at a desk all day.. I go Saturday for my hair cut - I color my own .. Well another day another dollar - but at least I don't work on friday - FF

    Omg - Poor Karen !!! My gosh that girl has had her run of bad freaking luck lately - Karen - Hugs & Prayers... Charlene What can I say - You are rocking it girl w/the exercise !!! Jessica - LOL the Mom in me doesn't like the pink hair - but that's cuz I'm 55 :0) glad you changed it back - and ignore your MIL you can do this - just take your meds... You did so well when you were in school before .. Great - I do the same thing - I always put my jammies or house dress on - when I get home from work - cuz I'm to lazy to get dressed to go to the store - Great way to handle it (Candice ;0) take a page from her book ;0) Well it's 8:30 - I had boot camp to nite - so far - Me Linda & Charlene are the only exercisers today - Well Laure did do alot w/the kids so she exercise - LauraK how many miles tonite :0) Cheri - Julie - Melissa - Phyl has a pass ;0) Eva Tomorrow - I have weights then Yoga... Linda That would piss me off too - something like the happend to me at my old gym had a 9 a.m appt - was going to work out 7-7:45 so I could get home intime to clean up and make appt - the stupid guy was late - so I couldn't exercise - How funny that we now get pissed off when the gym is closed - Oh the changes we have made !!! I am the queen of left overs - usually always lunch the next day Gwendolyn - Chill girl - this is a process - many factors come into play on your blood pressure - are you taking it 1st thing in the a.m before you get out of bed.. I still have to take ateneloa (sp) for my bp... I was able to get off one Apples - I wish you were there too- I hate bbqing cuz you have to watch it - it's boring sitting waiting for something to cook - I would have had you to talk to..     Back from the gym Phyl went to dr - got a shot & muscle relaxers - the shot didn't help the pain - just make her loopy - Via FB around 3;30 ish WTG Candice... Becoming a regular gym rat like me ;0) Steph - Whats the # of servings - but again - I don't eat fruit w/my meat - so it doesn't appeal to me at all - pe 1 reg tort has about 100 cal 1 c cheese has 100 cal Chicken 200 cal per serving (approx) Butter 100 cal Guesstimate - 400- 500 cal for 1/2 of a quesdilla.. Which I can eat and I have pretty good restriction.. - so if you could only eat 1/4 not bad calorie wise Linda - Pizza aren't they romantic - I would rather have a fancy dinner for my anniversary ;0) - Lobster... Well need to get Andrew's dinner started and mine too - BBQ steak - need to figure what veggie I am eating tonite.. cbl

    Karla have fun camping and cking out the eye candy. Steph - That jerky you gave me - is great - get some of that and keep it with you... Omg I agree you and a little tornado yourself - Glad no one was hurt in the storm.. Candice - WTG - you aren't 55 yet- not till the end of the month - a couple more of those classes and you will be able to do it all :0) Nap sounds good - I need vacation - everyone say you have had them - nope - all my pto time has been spent going somewhere - Fl in Feb - Wa in July - that's not vacation - vacation is doing nothing :0) Think I will take the last week of August off.. I need some down time..

    Apples - Hugs - what else can I say - OMG enough already !!! Julie - Take cake of yourself - Not too much longer to your appointment.. Great - Told you so !!! It's another leg in our journey - Each time we accomplish something that we were afraid to do or thought we couldn't do (cuz we still think we are moribitly obese) it's another reinforcement to help us change our thinking - We are no longer obese - we are normal chicks - hell we can keep up better than some of the younger ones like you saw in class today... We are fit - we are just like everyone else in those classes or at the gym - we are trying to improve ourselves - get the exercise so that we stay healthy !!! No trying on the next one - Just go do it - experiment - check them all out - they are fun... I'm loving the yoga.. Don't know if I would like the spin - but that's cuz I think I couldn't keep up - but I can - I have proven that with the other classes - my excuse this week is that - I am already going to the gym 5 times a week - I think that's enought :0) need some me time cbl

    My Reality too:tongue:. I have worked w/trainer for the last 2 yrs - I have great mucles in my arms - Kelly Rippa arms - if it wasn't for the bat wings.. ;o) I use to focus on them (negatively) -now I don't - it is what is is - the bat wings aren't going to kill me - but the fat was - My badge of honor in a way.. Hopefully yours spring back !!!

    email from Judy Hi girls-- Something has happened with me and LBT and it appears that I cannot post! I will try to figure it out. But I have been reading everyone's posts. Would you mind sharing with everyone that I am in the loop--just can't respond. Sorry about Karen's MIL. I know her family is going through a lot. Congrats to Jessica! All of her LBT aunts are proud. The love and sensitivity shown to Nels by Laura and Nael is inspiring. THAT is what parenthood is. Can you imagine if all parents were like that? I know there is more--sending hugs to all. Julie, the wedding plans are underway! Concentrate on the good! Janet, although I was not a parent, as a teacher, I have dealt with 8000 students (yes, I once added it up). The BEST parents are the ones who set boundaries and allow their children to develop COPING skills. When a parent rescues or gives in to the child's sadness/frustration/anger, it is telling the child, "I don't think you are smart/strong enough to handle this pain." What a terrible disservice to a child! They grow up and wonder why life no longer revolves around them--and can't deal with it. They have no skills of adjusting to what is. So, saying No to Andrew about the dog--congrats on being a GREAT parent! (grand!) I love Hearing puppy stories from Phyl! Does it make me want to get one? HELL, NO!!! I will return....I hope. Maybe I have to re-register in a different name-- oxox Judy

    WTG LAURAK !!!!! SO PROUD OF YOU GIRL 4 FREAKING MILES !!! YEP PAINTING COUNTS TOO !!!! Gwen # 1 get of the scales Now !!! Please do not weigh daily !!! Pick 1 day a week and only weigh on that day (if you don't I'm coming to confiscate your scale) #2 What are the ages you are comparing yourself with.. After the 1st week you aren't going to lose a pound a day - you are going to lose 1-2 lbs a week - and that will depend on your food choices and your exercise. This isn't a race - do you know that 1 lbs 1 week then 2 lbs the next week and 1/2 the following week - in a years time it all adds up - Plus there are alot of pple here who might no lose for 3 weeks - then the 4th or 5th week lose 3 -4 lbs. Just keep following the rules it will come off - it's not going to come off overnight - we didn't put it on over night - this is a journey... Give yourself some slack -- Love you too girl - You can do this - you just gotta say F it I am tired of feeling like this.. Cheri - you got it girl !! well you have had it - but loved the throwing the food out ;0) !!!! Well its 8 peeps and I need to get off this computer and chill I am having a pt shake right now - pure protein vanilla cream (100 c) 1 banana (medium) (100 c) 1 tblspn peanut butter (100 c) - Wasn't hungry for real food - so this is my dinner ;0) 300 Cal ... And if I do get hungry later I have some lamb chops to munch on..

    Great - Be gentle w/the Back - Ice it tonite - walk the treadmill tomorrow ;0)... My sis use to make fun of my family (diff dad so she use to come on weekend then in high school moved in) she said that we kissed before we went to the bathroom.. My Mom loved us - but had mental issues - My Dad was my rock - but again - he really didn't like to discuss things (feelings) but again back in the old days we didn't - he's the one where I got pull up the bootstraps and move on - On the outside we looked like beaver cleaver family - but wasn't that way on the inside so much - wasn't as half as bad as some pple have - but again not perfect - but again who has had a perfect life.. Love what you told your Mom !!!! WTG... We always say I love you in my family - but I did learn it from mine.. Charlene - WTG ON THE EXERCISE - SO PROUD OF YOU !!! 101 right now 6:15 Ca time - 13% humdity - Pretty cool for us ;0) Yep I knew what you meant - it's funny kids stay the same age there were when you met them(even though you haven't in real life - but if you did you would feel like you have known him for 2 yrs - just like us) Candice that 30/30/30 sounds great !!!! Sounds like fun !! Yep AA no diff than OA - just a diff drug of choice - addiction is addiction..

    Melissa - Here you go baby girl For those who are still in their weight loss phase - Exercise 1 hr a day 4 x a week - but I really want you to push it to 5 Pple who are maintaining - 3 to 4 times a week - 1 hr a day You gotta report every day what your exercise was... Today is the start of a new week Me - 1 hr Plios (sp) combination pliates & yoga Melissa - Exercise will help your moods - do you have a gym you can use??? I know that I can be in a terrible mood - but after an hr of working out I feel better - it gets those endorphins going - it really truly does. This morning I really was still tired didn't want to go but after 1 hrs of moving and sweating I felt better.. When I went to Target this afternoon - I wanted sweets - picked up tiny sugar cookies in the bakery section 3 = 130 cal oh that's good - then said Janet - do you think you will stop at 3 - if they are good (they looked soft) Nope was the answer- so back they went - Then was in the candy isle - looked at this reese pb chunk thing 600 cal total if you ate the whole thing (3 servings) I would eat the whole thing - said - naugh you don't need it - back it went - then in the frozen food section - on sale pillsbury flag sugar cookies (I know these are good) only like a $1 - said oh you could only bake 3 at a time - well why would I heat up the oven for 3 cookies - nope put them back.. Got some splenda vanilla ice cream 90 cal 1/2 cup - ice cream cone 20 - Those I will eat only 1 - 150 max (just in case I go over the 1/2) That will be my sweet treat - that and cherries & watermelon Do I want the sugar - yep - it's my drug of choice - but I do have control - I choose not to buy it. You have control too - just say Melissa get up off you sorry butt quit feeling sorry for yourself - there are pple out in the world who have it way worse than I do - I am going to get dressed put on my sneakers and go for a walk. Throw on your ipod and hit the pavement... Walk right past the bakery or ice cream store or mickey d's and say "F U" I am stronger than you are !!! Just do it - put one foot in front of the other don't think about it - act like I'm with you - we are walking - and talking - you know all the things I would be saying to you - don't think just do - I'm with you every step of the way.. Then come home and tell me how it felt... Bet you a million bucks - you will want to do it again tomorrow..

    Well back from the gym - Our regular teacher there today (same teacher as boot camp) she's totally diff than the sub (the one who teaches yoga on Wed) It was good - got a good sweat.. Then came home cooled off a bit then went to Target - didn't - home and washing now.. Hugs Phyl on your back - ice & hot tub... Yes you need to document for the insurance - call them Monday tell them you are going to doc and when you go to doc give them Zoomis insurance info - so you don't have to pay anything.. Linda What are you doing today.... Candice - how was exercise this morning... Karla - Still doing homework and yard work :0) Wanted to buy candy at Target or cookie - but didn't - I do have control... Do I need the extra calories - nope..

    Well back from gym - the regular teacher was there today (had a sub the last 2 weeks) well Rose (who teaches boot camp too) is harder than the Yoga instructor - but good not too bad.. Enjoyed class and worked up a sweat.. Apples - no you don't sound bad - it's funny how we all have family issues - no wonder we ate ;0) - I agree that most of us try to break that mold - OMG you are sneaky in a GOOD WAY.. Eva - ya I hate emotional issues - I mean I was wiped out by them on Friday.. All your yard work is exercise - but for hiking you are going to need diff muscles - get on your pliates machine ;0) - are you having storms ?? I really haven't watched the new - but saw a glimse last night rain your way.. Great must have went camping :0) Charlene - I know you went to chruch this a.m. - is today your off day for exercise..     Laura - what a wonderful day !!! my gf was adopted and yes parents tell the kids (my mom told me and told me it was a secret) so ya I would sure lay that foundation before one of those kids lets the secret slip).. You are so blessed with a wonderful family !!! Apples - Crying sometimes it takes a while - and you have had so much loss lately - I don't know how to say this without coming across cold hearted - but after alot of death - you get harden to it - accept it as much as we can as a fact of life and your main concern has been your dh.. Did you have a good relationship w/you mil?? 7 yrs apart - well maybe this will bring them together.. Laurak - WTG on your walking !!!! Ya this whole BF thing has to be difficult.. Charlene - Andrew's 19 now ;0) not really a kid anymore - but to me he will always be my baby and that's the problem. I over compensate - did it w/my DS for not having a daddy around - did it w/Andrew ;0).. WTG on your exercise Well gang drive by need to eat something - but not hungry.. CBL
