    Protein balls

    Finally made the chocolate protein balls yesterday they are really good! I added some sugar free maple syrup in place of the water! Has a good taste and hit that sweet spot just right!

    Made the "Infamous" Ricotta Bake

    Today I made ricotta bake . I lined a muffin tin with the little won ton wrappers then put the ricotta bake on top of the wrappers then put the sauce baked them for about 15- 20i min then topped with no fat Mozzarella. It was delicious! The won ton stayed soft on sides and bottom and tasted like lasagna noodle I loved it!
  5. You look great! I was in a almost 4 week stall and it finally broke ! Yeah I was so happy I cried! I'm 2 months out down 32 since surgery 51 total! My husband heard me get on the scale this morning & he said he said to himself please let her have a loss! ( I know I've been really bitchy when the scale didn't move) when he didn't hear anything he came in the room and said well? I held up 4 fingers then cried! It's a great day today! Even if it is going to be cold ad heck tomorrow!

    I tried cottage cheese it was very runny! Ricotta much better.

    Weight lifting questions

    All Drs are different I went home from hospital and was told to eat purried foods. One week later soft foods ! After that chicken fish cooked veggies canned fruit! I'm waiting for go ahead on salads . I see nut next week!

    Taco soup

    I used about 2 cups chicken broth maybe a little more. I tried calculating the recipe out I figured 7 cups per recipe and 1 serving would equal about 15 G protein and and about 135 calories per cup. I could not finish the one cup at lunch so I would cut the serving size down ! Like I said this is many first time calculating a recipe so anybody else out there want to try doing it?

    I made this last night and took it for lunch today! It is so delicious! I added chicken broth and salsa to the mixture it really is good and ver filling!!!
  12. About 750 per day . I drink all my Water and Protein intake good! How long do stalls last?
  13. Sleeved on 11/20 down 32 lbs. haven't started exercising yet either. I have 2 stalls also. I have quit weighing so often that helps I was getting upset with weighing daily with the ups and downs on scale when eating so little I thought weight would be falling off! ! It was hard through the holidays but I stayed on track eating! I don't know how much exercise I can do I have such bad knees can't stand without a walker! I am going to try chair exercise. Anyone else have this problem?

    totally depressed!

    You are probably still swollen from the surgery! It hasn't even been a month so don't worry. Stop weighing everyday! Weight fluctuates daily try once a week you will be happier! Hang in there it comes off!
  15. I had that right after surgery to with Premier but I read on this site to drink slower I did and the dumping stopped give it a try I drink premier and unjury now ! Good luck hang in there the first 7 days are hard it gets better!

    Baked Ricotta

    I made the baked ricotta tonight it was so delicious and easy to make . My husband even had some and said it was good!
  20. I too stales our at week 4 some days it even looked like I gained! How is that possible eating 600-700 calories a day? Today dropped what it showed I gained ! But it's now a week with no lose. I'm not able to exercise so don't know if that's part of it or what! I'm getting discouraged!
