    The doctor said that ekg was normal just slightly different from my last. He is going to do.a stress test at 8 this morning just to prove to my surgeon I am fine. Will find out of am cleared or not abt 10

    Congrats. My surgery is also next Monday. After the first week of pre op for me I am down 16 lbs but I have stalled for the last 3 days between 5 lbs

    My surgery is a week from today. I have been excited about it for a year and now that I am 7 days from the day my emotions are everywhere. I cry all the time I am nervous and I am terrified of everything. Anyone else like this too?

    I have been on the pre op protein diet since Tuesday and have lost 14 lbs just to gain back 3 and can't get it off. My surgery is Dec 10 and my goal is to lose 10 more lbs. I eat a sugar free jello pudding once a day and drink tons of.water with a healthy dinner from the Dr at night. Any suggestions to get this thing going again.

    You can definitely lose a lot of weight without exercising. My.mom has lost 115 since June without it.just doing basic cleaning and being a mom to lose it.

    My first evaluation was awful. The person doing it asked a lot of random questions like math and saying the alphabet backwards. My appt this time around was totally different. All she wanted to know was my background, who was going to help me in the weeks after surgery, do i have support, etc. Don't worry about it and just be truthful. Its a whole lot easier than it sounds i promise. My surgery is December 10
