stall has broken. yay!

got back to basics with the no bread, rice, pasta, or sugar. Got back to a daily routine. That's so key for me. I'm lucky though because until now I hadn't experienced a real stall (only a 3 day mini stall when I hit 3 weeks post op). This one lasted a month....but it was a good wake up call for me that at this point, 9 mos out, it is 100% my responsibility whether or not I lose.

Not a girlfriend for sure, although we have a pleasant working relationship.This was in the context of "Youre getting so skinny! Good for you! Youre looking really great!" So I dont think there were any ill intentions. Shes somewhat grandmotherly. It just made me uncomfortable to be asked a specific number from someone thats not a friend or family. I suppose maybe she thinks we are friendlier than I do? Anyways, my lesson here was to be prepared for thes type of questions...

I am sitting here reading a few posts. I was looking at the vet forum and realized that this May I will be 2 years post-op. That just seems amazing to me. I have lost 171 pounds, I still have another 19 to hit my goal weight but it is still coming off. Would anyone know why I can't post or reply in the vet forum?
