I'm from San Jose, just got sleeved Monday 12/17 and doing well!!! Haven't been to a support group yet since I just came home from The hospital on Wednesday, I'm recovering well! Excited for what's to come! -

My date is dec 17th! I am really excited and nervous too. I work in retail and have reoccurring customers, how do you guys feel comfortable answering the question: "You look great, how are you loosing all the weight?" I'm not sure i want to tell everyone especially people I don't know that I had surgery. Any advice?

I have told my family and close friends I don't mind talking about it but for the people I don't know who may ask in not sure i was to tell them my business, I'm sure when the day I have my surgery I will say what I feel is comfortable for me. Thank you all for the suggestions! -

Hi my name is Katrina, I am 26 and just got the good news that my insurance accepted the surgery, also just got my date December 17th really excited and also very nervous. Any advice?
