Respect to all of you. We all can understand the pain, embarrassment and all that go with being overweight. I recently seen I post on another site with a man stated he couldn't stand overweight people. That we appall and enrage him. Needles to say he got a few words from me but it's just ignorance at its finest. I applaud anyone who tries to better themselves in any way. My moment among many listed above was when my Dr toldmei would be dead in a couple years cause of my weight, I was 42 years young..... Congrats to all of you and the best of luck. Feel free to add me as. Friend,motivater, and helper in any way I can.....

This journey is definitely a roller coaster ride. Don't dwell on the stalls and small setba ka that will happen. Do us on the great things that are happening and are coming your way stY do focused and diligent in the "fight" .

My mom passed away yesterday, after being sic for a very long time.. my heart and soul hurts and I miss her, but I know she was so proud of me and what I was accomplishing she called me her skinny son..lol. im so glad she got to see a healthier and happy me. plz tell your loved ones you love them often and hold each other tight. make memories and live a good healthy life good luck and God bless you all Frank

Hi, i'm in Tucson and would be glad to help you out.. I'm a year out and down 195 lbs.

I'll be hitting the one year mark in a couple weeks.. I'm trying to get to the 200lb down mark, it's going to be close.. its been a journey but well worth it. Life is s much different then I expected, simple things like wearing a seat belt, fitting in a booth at the restaurant wearing "normal" clothes just to name a few.. it was hard at times but the good sure out weighs the hard and bad times. keep up the great work and good luck on your journeys.. Sleeved oct 3rd. Started at 560 now 405. Down 155 lbs and feeling awesome!!!!

my starting weght was 560, 7 months later i'm done 155lbs and still going strong.. i've had no complications and would do it again in a heartbeatt. it's not easy, changes MUST be made but reward is so great you cant even imagine.. good luck and God bless you..

Hi everyone. Haven't been on here in awhile, I'm 7 months post-op and I'm down 153 lbs.. It's been tuff at times but with discipline and hard work it can be done. I'm down 6 pant sizes and 5 shirt sizes. It is so worth it!! Keep up the hard work ...

I'm 5 months out and down 120 lbs. i can not believe how amazing i feel and the difference i see in the mirror. although this journey is far from over it is so rewarding, its hard with the stalls, smells and cravings but i am mentally strong to overcome these MINOR things.. i wish all you all the best of luck during this no matter what phase of the process your in. stay the course, follow the plan and NEVER, EVER GIVE UP!!!!!

it is normal, your stomach is still swollen and healing up. as time goes on it will go away. mine lasted about 2 weeks, take smal sips get your Water and protien in and you'll be fine Congrats and good luck..
