8 and 1/2 months out and almost 130 pounds down....i have been grinding my friends!

Im going to be so under my goal weight. I'll prob lose about 130 pds

115 pounds down 7 months out 5 pounds to my goal weight.......

pounds moving so slow but hey i got abs now! lbvs

191..... 11 pounds from my goal at 7 months.

Back on the grind....getting rid of these pounds

Feeling ok...long with though

Almost 6 months....down to 210...from 305

almost 90 lbs down at 5 1/2 months

I havent really hit the plateau and dont plan on it!
