Taco Bell has a black bean burrito but it has rice so you may have to wait a couple more week. I usually can only eat half at one setting. Also add goat cheese to the refried Beans. It melts easier and is thinner.

Whole pills are not good because your stomach being smaller cant absorb the medicine properly.

The hospital just spent over a million dollars to be cutting edge in Bariatric Surgery with brand new O.R. and about to have new rooms just for weight loss surgery patients.
