  1. I said the same thing to you too! (About reconsidering the surgery) But it's done and you have gone through a lot in the last month. I want you to know that all of us went through some depressed times in the first month or so about many things. Be good to yourself and know that at the end of the day you did this for health.
  2. Oh my word Amanda! I'm going to guzzle my Water and pretend I never saw those!!!
  3. It's a fatty liver not a kidney..... And think about all the people that would LOVE the opportunity to have this surgery and can't for whatever reason... I'm in the San Francisco Bay Area also. It's beautiful outside, walk
  4. To much? Hehehe!
  5. It stands for couch to 5 kilometers (3 miles) It's a running program where you build up weekly to being able to run. I'm still on week one (three weeks later) It's 30 minute of waking and running. The first week you walk for a minute and a half then run for 60 seconds then walk again and so on. It's and app. And there is a thread here where a bunch of us are doing it.
  6. I f**king hate exercising! And I get pissed when I read people that never exercise losing tremendous amounts of weight! (Sorry) That being said... I exercise. I am doing this to hopefully become a healthier person. And movement is part of that. At the moment I walk and am doing C25K and I feel better after doing it. "Butterthebean" called someone the other day a "skinny fat person" And I think that's very fitting. I'm sure we've all known someone like that, skinny but out of shape?
  7. Good idea. and I will take a large bottle of flavored Water and work on that. I'm feeling pretty good just got if the treadmill and going to have my first meal of the day
  8. f**k f**k f**k! I just finished and thought I was going to die towards the end! I was doing ok to start even held a conversation with the husband. Of course it was him telling me how bad running is for ME! 0_o But at the halfway point I started dying..... But it's done. Good luck!!!
  9. No.... But I'm not above POPping a girl in the face! """"" on no she didn't""""""

  11. Mmmmm... Maybe you should video tape your workout so we can give our professional opinion on whether your at goal or not Hehehe..
  12. As far as the clear liquid part make homemade broth it's much more satisfying! Good luck girlie Oh and the first 3 days are the hardest! Hang in there it does get better!
  13. I know ^ He gives me a thrill every time he posts body pictures! Oh the arms and the chest!!! I'd say that's goal!
  14. Good news! I'm glad she is doing well
  15. Yes staying home is the hardest! I'm a stay at home mom. My kids are a bit older (17 and 11) So the last couple of fast days I spent a good part of the day shopping. Downside of older kids? I don't keep junk in the house, so the 17 year old has been going and buying major crap and bringing the 11 year old along! I tried to talk to her about it last night. Lets just say it wasn't pretty.. Sweetums, I do tues. & thurs. too.
  16. Georgia, looking good! Yes we are around the same weight but yours is stretched out over 4 more inches than me ( shorty here at 5'4). Ok I'm ready for today! Tonight is going to interesting though. I'm meeting another member here for the first time, she's in town on a convention. We are taking our sons to the boardwalk in Santa Cruz. I wonder how I will feel being faced with boardwalk food? On the other hand it's probably a good thing it's a fast day! Can you imagine me there if it were a feed day!
  17. Yep. I'll be sitting here drinking my herbal tea and milk...
  18. Ahh the good ole days! I wish I was drugged up and sleeping it off!
