  1. I don't do the net carb thing myself, I hate math! But really it just feels like marketing at its best.
  2. Ummm....... YES!!! And if they jack you around write a negative review here about it.
  3. I worry when I read about other people eating to the point of pain.. Because its what I did and still have the tendency to want to do sometimes. Food addiction is a strong force getting the sleeve alone is not the answer. I would ask you to please find a counselor that deals with addiction and binging issues. I want you to know that there are a lot of people here that have had these same struggles but it can be beat and you can learn why you have these behaviors and work in changing them.
  4. Good for you girlie!! Feels good huh?

  6. Great reads! It makes me feel even more positive about this. I have to say I've felt so much better the last two weeks. I've been pretty lethargic lately and was wondering if something was going on with me in regards to my overall health. But now the only down side I see is all the money I've been spending with all this extra energy!

  18. OMG...166 I could use that because I was just trying on bathing suits (it's still a no go) and got kind of sad for a minute. You know I have to remember that when I started this I said I would be happy is I got off my meds and looked ok in clothes. So the bathing suit will not be coming with me on vacation... Maybe next year??! But OMG 166 down from 171 when we started * I had to update and go to 166 because I stepped on it 3 more times and it popped up to that.
  19. That's awesome fiddle! Isn't that great, the same date, I love that. It will be a date to celebrate for the rest of your very long lives!
