  1. Lol! We have some older people around here that have those! But yep you were out there doing it! That's most of the battle right there. I was asking why can't I just put my cruiser seat on there! Half way through the ride my husband and I switched seats because mine was stock. It helped but a new bike is on order because the bike is small and the suspension kinda sucks.
  2. Ummm... I park my convertible Porsche at the far end of the parking lot as not to get scratched! **** that thing cost a mint! But I do not wear make up, ever.. Nor do I go matchy matchy! So don't judge all far off car parkers the same. Besides its exercise...
  3. Oh and Alex please disregard most of this thread (ok yeah most of my posts) but the first post...
  4. Why, because she has a lasso??
  5. Hi here's a good explanation of the differences. http://my.clevelandclinic.org/cosmetic-plastic-surgery/procedures/body-contouring/abdominoplasty-tummy-tuck-panniculectomy.aspx
  6. Aren't all of our questions and answers just hunger talking?? Dude I want a donut!
  7. Oh and for the men? Will my "willy" really get bigger??
  8. Umm... Why am I hungry? Why can I eat a whole yogurt (taco, cheeseburger, etc) I'm a slow loser help! How long does it take to take 100 pounds off.. Why do I have to watch what I eat! Also known as.. I didn't get this surgery to be on a diet the rest of my life. Oh and why are you vets so mean!
  9. Sweetpee, Do you work for him? I ask because most of your 44 posts are about him...
  10. This ^ The vets forum has become a "ask a vet" forum lately... As for not starting a new thread I agree especially when it's not really a vet issue. Like "yay I'm six months I'm a vet! I'm in a stall what should I do"
  11. Well ice cream at 5 weeks is just a bad idea in general! Sorry Dumping no dumping aside.. By the way my digestive system was still all kinds of messed up at 5 weeks.. Give it time you will be able to eat anything.
  12. Cheri, You're in your maintenance window! That's awesome! I think my stress comes from my son starting school again.. I've already been there twice and he's only on his third day!! Oh and I have an appointment with my surgeon next week and I'm stressing about the weight loss and how he's going to react (silly I know) So I'm wanting to lose more to impress but instead I'm stress and eating What a flipping head case!! I did good with nighttime eating last night though! because after that mountain biking yesterday I could not stay up past 8:30! Vitamin D yes mine keeps coming out low too so I'm on a prescription D for now but I just took yet another blood test on Monday so we will see if a month made a difference...
  13. I'm feeling simple today... Here is a simple article http://www.coachcalorie.com/shrink-fat-cells/
  14. Insurance most likely will only cover a panniculectomy not a tummy tuck if your insurance covers anything that is... I would start with your pcp because you would need a "reason" it have it done (not just cosmetic) like continuous rashes/ yeast infections..
  15. http://www.verticalsleevetalk.com/topic/91424-this-is-a-public-service-announcement-concerning-stalls-plateaus/page__fromsearch__1
  16. http://www.drsharma.ca/why-diet-and-exercise-is-not-a-treatment-for-obesity.html
  17. Mine was close on both too... In the 1400's on both. TDEE 1710... I think this really doesn't apply to us as formerly obese people the article that FYE posted a couple of days ago explains some of it I believe.
