  4. I was on the 6th as well. I had a stall for weeks 4 & 5. I am on week 6 and lost 4lbs as well. I cut my workout from 5 days to 3 and increased calories a little.
  5. My "food bible" says that at week 5 you are able to have crackers and toast (choose whole grain with at least 3 grams Fiber per serving). I would just make sure your in your calorie limit and not over eating. I just hit week 5 and was excited to eat toast! I am able to have about 3/4 of a piece of bread or 3 crackers but I try not to push it so I stick to half... Hope that helps!

  9. I read something like that in Fitness magazine. They said you should change up your routine every week.
  10. I was sleeved on Nov 6th. Pretty early out I experienced the burning/stabbing feeling. At support group, one of the ladies was commenting that it was funny because I survived 3 c-sections with little pain but was having a hard time with this surgery. I was taking my pain meds like clock work but it didn't seem to help. A few days ago, the pain just stopped. I was so excited because I wanted to start going to the gym. Well that didn't last long!!! Today I bent down for something and I laughed at the same time... I felt that stabbing feeling again! I've been in bed all day. My kids were upset because they wanted to do the Christmas tree. No fun!
  11. Congrats! Keep up the great work! Inspired!
