your gonna be just fine. Keep walking keep sipping.
I had a problem peeing too. SO bad in fact that after I came out of recovery and I was sleeping in my room and had to go so I woke up and I went to the potty couldn't go, falling back asleep and some time after that ended up having to pee the bed. It was the only way I started being able to pee on my own. I was so tired and out of it I kinda forgot I had done it until I was fully awake a few hours later. I was so embarrassed.
But yeah I had problems peeing for a few weeks. It just seemed to take longer for it to start the stream.

OMG I remember the day I stumbled into that forum.
Scared the jesus outta me.
But I pulled on my big girl panties and remembered that I have numbers on my side and guess what I came out perfect.

If you talk to a good plastic surgeon you will find that the scar is small and they use your normal skin folds to introduce the scars, like where your arms meets your armpit or the back near the shoulder.
Don't let idiots scare you. Do your own research.

No need to wean off straws. People drink more when they drink with a straw.
I am post op and prefer to drink from a straw

That is super awesome. My husband started losing with me. Drinking shakes as Meal Replacements, cutting back on food amount and what type he eats and he has dropped 20 Lbs and is so motivated now. He says it wasn;t as hard as he thought it was gonna be.
We work out together 2xs a week and has a very active job.
so excited for you

How amazing. What a transformation. Tell me you had to get a new driver's license. You do not look like the same person.
And as first the skin. That's what plastics Are for No worries

Why not do stadium stairs. If you don't have a stadium thats open to the public ( like the rose bowl) you could head to your local high school football field or the Jr. College usually has a stadium.
You could warm up on the track and then go up and down the stairs. We had to do this in HS and I remember it being super HARD and the next day my calf's were so sore.

I do not take Vitamins. I take B-12 about 3xs a week. I had my metabolic panel done and I look great and high in B-12.
Its not necessary if you are eating well. IMHO.

It's actually not a stall until you have lost 0 inches or pounds for a month.
Evaluate your diet, add more carbs or reduce carbs, maybe add more Water. How about your calories do you need to add more in or eat less?
Maybe everything is ok and your body just needs to rest....
Good luck

Oh my there are much better ways of preparing a chicken than boiling it.. When you boil it you render it tasteless and dry. Please bake your chicken in the oven or crock pot. Seriously use low sodium chicken broth and some veggies and spices for flavor. In essence your making a stock and have chicken baking in it. Then shred it and use it during the week.
You will thank me.

I have to intentionally eat carbs, like 2 sheets of graham crackers with a table spoon of cream cheese for instance and I get right back to losing

You have choosen an amazing surgon. I had mine done 6 weeks ago with him and I felt and was treated with amazing care. You will do great
I follows his post open loosely. I looked at all kinds of place s and just went with a bit of each. I did 1 week clears 2 weeks of shakes and full fluids and right into soft foods and now I am pretty much tolerating all foods

I walked starting 4 hours after my surgery. I set a goal of 10 minutes at the top of every hour. When the TV shows changed. I would get up and walk walk walk. I would just keep doing it till my time was up. If I didn;t get in at least 7-10 laps I wo0ud not go back and watch tv. I did this every hour and I truly felt the best when walking. I hated sitting or laying. There was far too much pressure in my chest.

I popped a low fat cheeze it in my Soup 2-3 week in
I had a small handful 5-7 chocolate chips when I was making Cookies last week.
I WILL NEVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE EAT CHOCOLATE. I had super bad heartburn that I aspirated and was up all night dying! Heavy breathing and vomiting and coughing up acid. Learned my stupid lesson.

YOU'RE NOT HUNGRY. you should be eating every 3- hours small Protein rich meals. Drink Water, Go for a walk ( small or big) GO find something to do. Set a Timer for 30 min. Drink more Water. If after 30 min if your still hungry have some protien.
If your tummy "feels" hungry make sure you are are on a effective PPI.

did you get weighed already?
You could add a few 10 lb ankle bracelets and take them off slowly
