I tossed mine ~ right over the banistger. I made a thing of it. I had my family sit on the bed and I said does this go or stay. GO! they would say and I woul throw it over the banister and in my head it was gone forever. I gave all the bags and shoes to a lady at work and she was grateful. It's gone ! Now I have 3 things to wear, And when you do need clothing buy dresses you can put belts on and they last alot longer than pants!

Nope no cooties, I had my surgery on Friday I was back to work Tuesday. It's a no big deal surgery,

You look great! I am sorta discouraged now. I started at 264 and I want to to be 130. I am 186 now and a size 12 and med-large tops and that's not good enough for me. I carb rotate and shock my body and fast and do all the things your supposed to keep the weight coming off but not to be 130 might be so discouraging! I am so happy you look great and are happy where you are!

I saw these. I figured I could make it at home with less chemicals and carbs. I am glad you found something you find fun!

I picked a number outta the blue. And as far as being rebuilt. GO to Mexico. That's where I am going and I will be rebuilt from the weight loss surgery to the tummy and boobs and arms and legs for under 12K

Omg once I had it cause I was just like I want it so I am going to have it, kind of mood. I was so sick and uncomfortable. I wanted to throw up so bad. But I have a super sensitivity to sugar so that could have been it. I was sweaty and wanted to lay down or pass out. I don;t do it anymore unless its a bite from a kids cup no more for me!

That bladder leaking is actually stress incontinence and yes it gets better almost immediatly. I remember being super embarrassed because of always thinking I smelled like a diaper and now no issues at all. And yes I can tell you your vag is gonna get cute! My hubby never could do oral and now its tight and he loves it. So don't worry you lose weight EVERYWHERE.

How would they know? So knock it off! Want to be think or want to smoke? and if it necessary pick it up after your surgery.

Try eating smaller bites and chewing more. Avoiding swallowing air.

Can't possibly be a stall. A stall is no movement of pounds or inches in over 4 weeks. Your fine. Relax and live your life.

I wasn't rude at all. I said relax and live your life. Your the one crying because you had sushi. Have you ever seen an actual surgery? I have a video of mine and the liver really isn't over the area they actually cut. Yeah its in the way that's why they retract it, Its less than a 1/4 over the actual stomach. But hell if your doctor says drink liquid so your body's immunity goes down or "shrinks your liver" do what he says. I had a state of the art, up to date doctor who did not require anything of the sort.

I have bra and panties pic on my profile. Go Look. I never thought badly of myself. I said we all have to take one step at a time. I do measurements and photos every Tuesday. In fact these last 2 weeks I didn't lose much like .5 inches and 2 lbs and my entire body changed and IA m glad for those pictures.

People make too big of a deal over this pre op. Your right he isn't gonna know anything. I didn;t have one and I have 30 Lbs to my personal goal of 130 lbs lost in 6 months. He didn't open you up and measure your god dang liver and he is going to use a liver retractor anyway. You don;t think your money hungry doctor is going to stop your surgery because you ate sushi? Please. Relax live your life and see ya on the other side.

I had an amazing experience with dr. Ponce de leon. My good friend just has surgery there last Thursday and she had wonderful experience too. I have not had any problems with after care. That's the beauty of this you don't need any. I needed a metabolic panel done so I went to my PCP and asked for it. NO problem and everything was perfect. I would bring my children to this doctor before any surgeon in the states I have that much confidence in him. He is a general surgeon. He is not the most expensive or the least. You get super personal care. You are in an actual hospital 2 nights and a 5 star luxury hotel for the night before you leave. There's no waiting at the boarder. I had no issues flying. I was out shopping in Mexico 2 days later in fact. I packed light. I got a hot tea at starbucks and a good book and it was an easy fly home. I went to dr. Ponce de leon, Thier team is fantastic. A friend of mine just went to see him and had an equally amazing experience. Its cheap amd you get better care there than in the states. Follow your doctors advise. I can guarantee that you are not hungry. Its probably acid or head hunger. Are you bored? Do you need to go do something? I would go find something to do. Drink a glass of Fluid, give yourself 20 min then evaluate again if you are hungry.

I don't think its that expensive to go to Mexico to have it done. $5500 is a great deal. We are also no debt people and we just paid cash. my flight was $124 and I spent some money down there on things for the kids. Over all $6K saved my life. It was the easiest thing I ever did for myself. I used Dr. Ponce De Leon.

Plastics are your only hope. Just keep on doing what your doing and plan on having a tummy tuck!

You should most defiantly see your doctor. Keep seeing him/her and get documentation. If you are having problems with skin you could probably get your insurance company to pay for your skin removal. Be persistent.

that looks like an email that gets sent out to keep patients quiet cause that patient is asking for updates all the time. Am I right?
