what kind of coffemate do u use and what yogurts are u having???

I am almost at 2 days shy of two weeks and I am very head hungry I go to sleep thinking about food and wake up still thinking about food!! So last night I went out and bought cottage cheese and yogurts and refried beans!! When I got home I decided I would have cottage cheese and that helped!! I just needed to chew food!!!

I am RNY post-op 4 days! Surgery day 11-26-14 worked until 11-25-14 i am planning to go back to work tomorrow 12-1-14 i am an Medical assistant and cant afford time off!!! Wish me luck hope i feel better tomorrow. I am bloated and miserable at the moment! Not to mention "aunt flow decided to come to visit now" really?? And to the pain and bloating why don't you! 2 years ago 11-19-12 i had the sleeve and didn't experience any of the discomfort i am felling now! Prayers to be able to release this gas in me!!! please thanks

I was really uncomfortable for about a week, and then it gradually began to subside. You will too! Drink, walk and Protein..... Rest in there too. Remember your bod was assaulted and needs the time to repair itself. Thank you this to shall pass i am a strong and positive person! Just miserable at the very moment! ????

Thanks for the responses! I had the sleeve done 2 years ago and had no pain and no bloating and was on the go that night! Then i had the RNY done 4 days ago and i am miserable bloating bad and pain and discomfort i walk but it hurts to walk.. Not to mention i am on my period to which doesn't help... Blah????

I am 3 day post op and still have pain! Would love to buddy up with you!! My surgery was the 26th of November! I converted my sleeve i got done two years ago!! So i have been there and still need a buddy

Hi! My surgery was 2 days ago i went home today!! I am on sooo much pain! The RNY is basically the bypass i don't recall being in this much pain after the sleeve! Funny your from stockton we are here in fresno.

Hi my name is April i am have a conversion done from the sleeve which i had done November 19th 2012 to the RNY sooo excited!! Congrats on your progress!! My RNY surgery is scheduled for this Wednesday morning November 26th!!! I cant wait! My family and i currently live in California and are planning to relocate to boise Idaho!!
