Sorry to hear that you are having trouble. At some point you are going to have to go to the doctor. If you are having nausea issues you are probably dehydrated. I know if you don't fight to get enough fluids you will go backwards. It is very important that you get anti nausea medicine and start getting at least 2 quarts of water a day and start mixing protein powder in your water. Soon you will start feeling better and your appetite will return. Don't wait another day. Get checked out. Your health and life depend on it.

New to the forum. I am 36 years old. 5'11" tall and weight in at a lovely fluffed out 278 lbs. I can hardly tie my shoe laces anymore.
