I had surgery on Feb 04 and have had the same problem. The question is always the same .How much weight have you lost? I've actually lost a friend over this. It's bad to have haters. If only they knew how hard this journeys been maybe they would be more understanding. -
I'm 11 days out and have been drinking coffee since day one. Its one of the things I can actually hold down.

I was wondering the same thing, I'm 9 days post op and I have no restrictions on how much I can drink. I'm still on the full liquid diet ,but I wonder if this is normal? Is anyone else experiencing this?

Well I've been on the liquid diet for two weeks and today I crashed. I was totally disappointed in myself but what's done is done. I have been sticking to it ,but the weight loss isn't what I thought it would be for as hungry as I have been these couple of weeks. Two more weeks to go, I hope this didn't mess everything up!!!

My thoughts exactly. I don't want to sound negative either, but thats the reason I'm overweight now. No willpower!!! I've had all the test, been to all the meetings now if I can just stick with this for two more weeks!!!!

The diet was for four weeks. I ate a normal meal, but definitely not a liquid diet lol

I'm also scheduled Feb 04. I'm so ready to this done, but I'm dreading doing the liver shrinking diet for 4 weeks! I guess the ending results will be worth it. -
