I got on scales today, I have lost 44 pounds and I am down to 196, I am post op 6 weeks.

Ailly, is right. They should be chewable and sublingual.

Walk all you can stand to. The more you walk the less your stomach will hurt. Just short walks several times a day. That is what they taught me when I had surgery.

I didnt have the numbness, but the itchy feeling will stop. Just means it is healing. The itchy feeling almost drove me crazy.

I hit the stall at 2 weeks it lasted until this week. I am 6 weeks out today. I kept losing inches and clothes kept getting to big though. Scales didnt move for 4 weeks. Scales can be your enemy.

I am 6 weeks post op. I just had to go buy a bra. I was in a 44 C now in a 40 B. I only have about 75 more pounds to loose. I have already lost 37 between before and since surgery. It is really sad when I have a 14 year old granddaughter that has more boob's than I do.

Blue Cross, told me it takes that long, but my surgery was scheduled so the guy rushed mine and called me back the next day with approval. My Dr sent mine in as a medical necessary so Blue Cross would cover it.

I had mine on Monday and also went home on Tuesday

I have found I can only drink the syntrax nectar strawberry mousse flavor mixed with water. Everything else is to heavy on the stomach.

My hubby works offshore also. I would think you would have to miss a hitch due to the strenuous work. Talk to your Dr

How long since surgery ? I am 5 weeks post op the only protein I can stomach at this point is syntrax nectar strawberry mousse flavor. everything else and every other type makes me sick.

I am losing slow like that. I started the journey to loos the weight back in May. This is total weight loss before and after surgery 32 pounds. I have lost alot of inches. I am dropping clothes sizes. Just the scale seems to be my enemy.

I suffer constipation really bad. I use colace and miralax

I love my ninja. I pull it apart and put on top shelf in the dishwasher.

I have to mix protein with water. it is to heavy on my stomach. you might want to try that.

Dr should have told you to walk as much as you could. Even though you are not cleared for other exercises.

Mine didnt put me on liquid diet either. He put me on Clear Liquids the two days before surgery and the two days after surgery.

The gas is awful. I ahve never had so much gas in my life until now
