Unjury and advocare meal replacement shakes is what I seem to be tolerating easier. I also could tolerate syntrax nectar I have been where you are at with not tolerating them. I tolerate unjury chocolate splendor and advocare berry meal replacement the best. I am almost 4 months post op also. -

Craving soda! Whaaaa?
Carol Watts replied to SaraLaughs's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I was a Dr Pepper and sweet eater before surgery. Since surgery I have found myself eating peanut butter, but only peter pan honey roasted smooth. I didnt eat that before surgery. I have also found myself eating potato soup from Sam's Club it has chives in it. I never eat chives. I have always been a picky eater. Also fish I could eat fish all the time. -
I think it is suppose to mean women's not wide. I have always been told it meant women's even when I worked in retail.

Carol Watts replied to petra1124's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
advocare has a great berry tasting meal replacement shake. It has 24 grams protein in it. I was introduced to it at a bariatric weight loss surgery monthly meeting that was on protein. Our Dr's office had nutritionist have the meeting for patients. They have other flavors to. You can get in single serve packages it is like 14 in a box. -
I colored mine 6-8 weeks after surgery.

not dropping pounds like crazy...but dropping pants sizes!
Carol Watts replied to alisha29's topic in Tell Your Weight Loss Surgery Story
I had surgery 10/8/2012. I have lost 55 pounds. Everyone says oh your skinny now. I dont feel skinny at 185/187 pounds. It is always going up and down a couple of pounds. I have dropped lots in pants sizes. I went from 22/24 to 14/16 depends on the pants. In danskin stretch pants I need a medium which is 10/12. I was wishing I would have lost more by now,but I havent. It seems slow to me also. -

Protein Drinks and foods you can eat the 1st few months
Carol Watts replied to Suzannesh's topic in Food and Nutrition
I went to a bariatric weight loss surgery meeting tonight. It was on Protein. Advocare was there. They gave samples out to anyone that wanted one. The Berry flavored meal replacement shake with 24 grams of protein was really good. They guarantee money back if we could not tolerate it. I bought some to try. I ahve no connection to this company. I never heard of them until tonight at the monthly meeting for surgery patients that our Dr's have dietitians have once a month. -
