  1. Sleeved 12/17/12 and I'm down 47 pounds. I'm a sssllloooowwwww looser. I have only lost one dress size, I went from a 24 to a 22. Anyone else experience this phenomenom?
  2. Castiel: we almost have the same stats. I'm very frustrated with my loss so far. My scale is not moving at all.
  3. I use unjury, with soy milk (only 30 calories) good luck
  4. You are going great. I've hit my 4 month mark, and I'm only down 45 pounds. I've hit a lot of stalls, which are very frustrating......
  5. I just bought a smart phone. Any suggestions on phone apps that track carbs/calories? Thanks in advance

  7. no cheating, think of the damage you might do. Is it worth it????? Perhaps you should think of counseling to help you modify your behaviours. Just a thought.
  8. Good luck, keep us posted.
  9. Finally broke a stall by increasing my protein. Thanks everyone for the advice.
  10. Up your protein intake......good luck
  11. Thank you for the encouraging words
  12. I've been discouraged lately, my stall has been for 8 weeks now. I'm meeting with my NUT on April 4th. It's hard not to have those old eating habits sneak in, since the scale isn't moving anyway......... I know, self defeating attitude. arghhhh
  13. NSV: INCHES LOST. Well, it's been 8 weeks and the scale has not moved downward. It is very frustrating. I am meeting with my NUT next week. Am I destined to be a 'slow looser'? Anyway, my friend measured me and I lost 4.25 inches in those weeks, but honestly, I feel I look the same. I have only gone down 1 size, from a 24 to a loose 22. Tomorrow, I'm going back to liquids for a week, if I can do it.........and try to bump my water way up. Any other suggestions from you rapid loosers??????
  14. Have you tried UNJURY, or FRUTENIA (in healthfood stores/fruit flavored)?
  15. I like the UNJURY brand as well.
  16. Castiel, we have almost the same numbers. I finally broke my stall, thank goodness, it was very frustrating during that time.
  17. I just came off a SIX week stall. Very frustrating. I finally have lost another 3 pounds, not much, but I'll take it. The most difficult part about the stall was the emotional eating. I fooled myself into thinking, well if I'm not loosing, I may as well cheat on the diet. which I did on more occasions than once. I finally got my act together, focuses on Protein and Water, and finally the stall broke. Good luck and stay the course.
  18. Last post I made, I was at a 4 week stall. That stall has turned to 6 weeks. I feel like a loser. I started working out on Feb 1st, hoping to break the stall. Even that has not helped. It's all very frustrating. I was sleeved december 17th and for the first month lost 22 pounds, now the weight is coming off very slowley, if at all. My clothes feel the same, so I know I have not lost inches. I feel like my old habits are going to creep up and sabotage me........ Sorry, I guess I'm having a pity party day. Thanks for letting me vent.
  19. My NUT recommended using sugar free preserves (jelly) to the greek yogurt for flavor. Good luck
  20. OMG, so normal, and oh so frustrating. Remain focused and you will see results, but don't be surprised that this is your first of many stalls. Good luck
  21. Wow, you look great. Post pics once you are healed. I'm a long way from plastics, as I have a road to travel before I reach goal, but I will follow your recovery. You are an inspiration. Best wishes
  22. Good luck with the surgery. Everyone is nervous prior, it's normal. All the best!
  23. Great job, keep up the good work.
