Hi! I'm 8 days post op today but every time I eat or drink anything it just hurts and I get gas. How long does this take to go away? Could it be a sign of something else? Thanks guys!

I have the same issue I had mine Tuesday and I'm still experiencing what I think is gas every time I eat or drink. Is this normal? I'm six days post op. thank you.

I had mine in the 11th and I'm home doing pretty good. I got so hungry today that I had potatoes really mashed in my mouth. Maybe 2 little pieces and some thin noodle soup 2 oz for breakfast. I also had a sugar free Popsicle for dinner I'm so full right now. But feeling really good other than that!

First time posting on this thread. Had surgery on Tuesday doing pretty doggone good. I feel gas pain but other than that I'm fine. Lots of energy minimal pain. I'm down 11 pounds since Sunday. Just the beginning I hope!

I don't understand how people who doing this surgery because we are overweight can say they are not struggling with not eating. I'm really having a hard time with this 14 day liquid diet idea. I have to start mine 11/27 I just don't think I can do it. I'm losing hope here. I am scheduled for 12/11 surgery. I think it's great dont get me wrong but it just seams so easy for everyone else.

The final vote to strike is the employees not the union. They can't be forced to strike they have to have a vote. It is unfortunate for them that they made that choice. And yes they have to join the union if the workplace is a union shop. Not mean spirited just direct.

I start my 2 week on 11/27 and I'm really worried that I won't be able to handle it. I just don't see it. I'm going to ask if I can at least just have one small meal a day. I'm really worried.

I'm Dec11 I don't think I can handle a liquid diet for two weeks. I am not ready for it. I have no idea what to do? Shakes won't fill me up. What if I can't and I cheat? Burbank CA is mine

Dec 6 is the big day and I want it so much but now panic has taken over. I'm so scared. I'm really scared. Is it a lot of pain?? Has there been lots of complications? I had a baby via C section is it the same pain scale as a cut from a c section?

Yay! It's happening I got approved today! Don't have a date yet but the hard part is over not worried about it. I know it will be before New Year. So ready for this and a new life. Ready for boots and crossing my legs, wearing colors,riding a bike and I want to be able to do a cartwheel!!

Hi has anyone uses Health Net ***? I completed requirements and authorization request was submitted 5 business days ago. I haven't heard anything I'm freaking out. I feel like I can't plan anything until I know. Does anyone know how long they usually take? Thanks guys!
