  1. Sleeved Dec. 2012. Started at 314 and am 250 now. I started out as a size 26 and am down to a 16-18 which makes me really happy. But' date=' I think I am in a stall again; they are so frustrating. I was told buy my Nut. to increase my calories from 900 to 1200 a day. I did that 3 weeks ago and nothing changed. I work out in the pool 4-6 days a week (workouts on land are limited due to back and joint problems). My goal is 175 so I am 1/2 way there. Any suggestions to break this stall?[/quote']

    Shelly that's pretty good I eat 1200-1400 calories a day. Your stall will break it sounds like you are doing everything right. You are down 10 sizes that's amazing. Don't give up or get discouraged. I do all the time. But we can do this!

    Thank you guys so much. I know we all get discouraged but I'm going to keep trying. I'm 5' 1.5" pretty short. I'm still considered obese at my new weight. I guess we are never happy with our bodies.

    I just want to see that 145 on the scale. I have to make it happen.

    Thank you again for your encouragement. I know we can do it!! This is the best decision we made.


  3. I started at 222 I am now 156 and I love my body but my goal is 145 and Im at a 6 week stall. I just had surgery on my foot and I can't exercise for at least 2 weeks. I'm really stressed that I will gain weight just laying here. I'm hungry all the time. I'm able to eat bigger portions as well. I can't go back ever! I am just praying that this stall ends and that I can eat healthy again and this hunger goes away.

  4. I drank 3 weeks after was told 6 months because of calories. I want to say it hit a little faster but no big difference. No hangover. I will never have beer again I don't miss that fat bloated feeling you would get the next few days. So I do vodka and cranberry when I go out or a screwdriver. Not a big deal. But now I'm conscious of the calories.


  5. This is a common stall called the "three week stall" Don't freak' date=' your weight will come down after a while. At 2 1/2 weeks I had a 4 week stall. You are not eating enough to gain weight, so deep breath, things will be fine. Get your Protein in, and sip sip sip. You need your Water. Do not let yourself get dehydrated or you will have to go to the emergency room! It also makes you feel horrible. Logically you have to know you will not stay the same and stop losing forever. Come on girl! You will be fine![/quote']

    Thank you but I can't help but feel its my fault. I picked at some things I shouldn't have but not nearly even close to before. I have been very active walking I don't eat much but maybe not the right things. I just feel like a failure. Like I have no willpower.


  6. I was 219 when I started I am now 197.6 I was at 196 the sat before New Years. How can I possibly have gained 2 almost 2lbs. I have not been getting all my Water. It's still uncomfortable to drink a lot. I have not had any Protein. I will start again tomorrow. I barely eat about 700 Cals a day. I don't understand. Is it possible that I will not lose More? Did anyone else go through this? I'm really upset.


  7. This has by far been the hardest thing I have ever done. I had no idea what I was getting Into.forget the physical aspect , the mental is so much more than I can handle. I'm so hungry it's the holidays I have cried and cried about doing this. But people just keep saying to keep my eye on the prize. I can't even drink Protein it's so gross and it hurts every time I swallow. I'm hungry all the time. I ate eggs and retried Beans today I wasn't supposed to until Monday. I'm terrified of a leak no one really told us about leaks. I know what you mean this is so hard but it will be over soon. Hang in there.
