I don't really understand this thread either. I had planned to go to Dallas as well. With all the research and posts from people nice enough to write detailed experiences, I decided to pay half the price to take a Mexican vacay! I was never asked to promote my doctor or asked to not write anything bad about him. When I was pre op I obsessed over reading those posts and genuinely appreciated them! Are you angry you paid so much? What's the issue? Most of those threads are posted in the Mexico forum anyway. Since you were sleeved in the US why are you even reading those posts? You've really caused a stir on this site the past week. It's weird because usually you're so positive from what I've seen. It's like someone hacked your screen name or something. What's up?

So, I've been working out almost every day for 3 weeks now. The past 2 days I can't push my body to work out to my full momentum. Do I need more calories? My body feels physically tired. I push through but it's exhausting. What's going on?!?! Do y'all take or eat anything pre workout to help with energy?

What did you use? I'm having a terrible time since my gallbladder surgery! Help!

Thanks guys! I think my nerves have awoken and I'm in pain! But I am happy the gallbladder is gone and over with. I'm going to do some walking today to get rid of this gas stuck in my shoulder! I hope I feel better by Tuesday because I'm signed up for a CPR class. I have so much to do because I'm starting nursing school in August. You know it's funny, all I've wanted for the past few months was a break. Time to sleep, a break from motherhood, and to be able to relax. Now my kids are in Austin with my mom and I'm forced to relax. I suck at relaxing and I miss my babies terribly! Haha!

I agree! I just was in the hospital and couldn't eat for 3 days! My stomach was growling and I felt very weak! I know when I'm physically hungry and when I just want to eat. My hunger never went away, just not as ravenous as before.

I was thinking kidneys too....

Donuts are my weakness and those cronuts look heavenly!

You're lucky Danyelle! My doc told me it needed to go but I didn't listen to her. I've learned my lesson haha!

Yea emergency. I had pain for 5 1/2 hrs and they said it caused acute pancreatitis. Thanks Fiddle, I think I'm good. No pain just bummed. But hopefully I'll get to go home in the morning. Maybe I can walk during my recovery time. I'll talk to the surgeon in the morning.

Well guys and gals, I'm out! I'm currently laying in a hospital bed. Just got my gallbladder removed this SUCKS! I'll be back though!

I have never in my life cared for soda. EXCEPT when I'm pregnant and I find myself craving one after being sleeved. I guess I want what I can't have. Anyway, that's all I have to contribute to this thread.

I would call the doc if you haven't already. Some people get strictures or a collapsed sleeve that prevents them from keeping anything down. Good luck to you and I hope you find answers soon!

For me personally, I don't get the results I want doing it on my own. I do work out videos and they really work toning the right places instead of bulking up. I know your options are limited GT but that's what helped me. I cancelled my gym membership because it just didn't work for me. I'm no expert so that's the only info I have lol. I think Fiddleman was just saying switch it up and don't give up!
