  1. I chose Ready4Achange (specifically, Alma), because she answered my emails promptly (read: FAST) and thoroughly. I believe these individuals are the coordinators and represent that specific doctor and heck, I want someone who is on their game. Lol. I know each doctor works with several coordinators at different companies, but she has truly gone above and beyond. For example, I sent her an email at 3:35 a.m. (Her time) 2 nights ago and I had a response in less than 5 minutes. I'm sure others on here have similar experiences with their coordinators. They want our money and will do their part to keep our business with them. I'm sure you will make the best decision for you!
  2. Aaawwwww....congratulations! What an awesome feeling!
  3. It's a fabulous anti-wrinkle cream. it was originally started as an acne cream/treatment. Most people do lose some of their hair. The time frame can vary with the individual.
  4. Thank.you for showing/sharing your story and struggle. It has to be hard with all of your external struggles right now. Saying it out loud and even here is a tough thing to do. Now...you're no longer in denial and that is the an awesome, healthy start and that alone means you want to stop the cycle. So hop on board stay as strong as you are and "weather" this storm. We got your back. you can vent to us anytime.
  5. Ok....here are my thoughts on this. It's quite simple, but its true! Once you are naked....the significant other is just glad you ARE naked. Now, in saying that, I will be sure to do my part and get some cardio and weight training in to minimize the skin! Lol
  6. BTW, I'm pre-sleeve, if that makes any difference. Tuesday -Saturday evenings after 5 are good with me. Sunday/Monday are flexible.
  7. Wow! That had to be nerve racking! Glad you got the news you were waiting for!
  8. If you guys decide to get a group and meet once a month or so, I would love to join! I am self-pay and live in McKinney. Hope to hear from you guys soon.
  9. I can definitely see a difference. Congratulations.
  10. You look fabulous! You'll be at goal in no time.
  11. I use 1 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 cup canned pumpkin, tsp of stevia (or Splenda), and sf pumpkin pie spice. (I like more cinnamon so I add a little more of cinnamon). If you need more Protein for the day, add a little bit of unflavored protein. Otherwise, stir and enjoy. Tastes like crustless pumpkin pie. Very healthy and gives me my pumpkin fix.
  12. Not specifically for Dr visits, but I have parked my car several times at the border and walked across. It's DEFINITELY protected with more law enforcement there than anywhere else. I am not stating they watch your vehicle like a hawk, only that it is a huge deterrent. Hope this helps.
