Lol. That's actually the one I bought. It is rough tasting, but tolerable. My thinking was beef/protein = sounds right.

I'm post op (10/1), and have been having trouble getting enough protein daily. Today, I went to GNC and found a liquid protein shot. 4 oz per with no sugars or carbs. 50 grams of protein. Taste is tolerable at best and hasn't had any negative effects. Has anyone else tried ?ththesethesehheard anything

I used them pre-op during my two weeks liquid diet. After surgery (10/1), they were too sweet to tolerate and the protein isn't enough.
