I am three pounds from my goal weight and 13 pounds from my "Dream" weight. I cannot believe how far I have come. I moved from a 41 BMI and inching close to a normal BMI. I think one of the more exciting things, is my son is deployed and he hasn't seen me since January. When he comes home in August, he will be shocked in the change in me. I honestly cannot stress how happy I am. It has been a journey some good days, some bad days but in the big scheme of things WOW...best decision...
