Skin Brushing...just Started This Routine.

Having excess hanging skin is the only thing I am worried about! I have a friend who had surgery and she lost a decent sized patch of hair, I am a cosmetologist and my hair and make-up is everything to me. I want to start lifting weights so I can lose some of the fat in my arms and belly area before surgery that way I will have a little less to worry about. -
