  1. Thank you for this thread!!! I started at 248 and now at 197lbs, 51 pounds in five months was sleeved 1/28/13 and so much happier and healthier once I started going to the gym my body loved it and the pounds where flying off now it seems like its taking a break and that's ok with me because I started at a size 18 and now a size 12 so my body is still losing inches even if I don't move on the scale, just keep eating clean and working out, being healthy does not have an expiration date or a goal weight that you can stop being healthy. Stay strong it's hard I know, but remember its hard to be fat too and I rather fight to be healthy. On bad days I try on clothes that never fit before and tell myself to just push through it.....

  2. I tried one this morning about 4 oz or so of it, and I have to say that I saw a difference especially in my energy level, I workout for about an 1hr before I realized the time, after I had a Protein Shake and lots of Water, I got it from GNC and made sure it dint have so of the stuff you guys mentioned, I dont feel jitters but I do feel like I had a great workout, just read and get as much information that you can before trying anything, thank you for the input guys really helped, I wont use it for every workout but it will be there for the days that I need the extra boost in my behind.

  3. if you can, can you post a picture of it, I found different ones and I want to make sure Im looking at the right one, congratulations Karen4729!!!!! I saw you profile and wow you are my hero. I started at 248 and my goal weight is 135 and I cant wait, At -50 I already feel so good and healthy and much more confident especially in the GYM.

  5. Hi dont feel bad I know your pain, I was sleeved 1-28-13 and Im down 36 pounds, everyone is different and yes I cried for lossing so slow but I started at 248 and now Im around 212 and I feel so much happier and have more energy so just eat clean, workout and Love your body, I rather lose slow than not at all and I was a size 22 now I can fit into a 14.

  6. Hi everyone Im 47 days post-op I got my sleeve Jan 28 and I am feeling a little down I dont know whats going on my but I am only down 22 pounds. I feel really bad because I have changed my life for the better but still feel fat and unhealthy. I workout and I eat right and I am still fat now I am going through buyers remorse. Maybe the Bypass would have been better for me either way I cant eat more that 3 or 4 ounces. Just venting........

  7. Hi I am a grad student fulltime too and the pre-diet for the vertical sleeve was really hard, but you can push through it, if you can get ahead of your work then do it because your energy is also affected I tried to get some work done before I started and thank God everything worked out. Just plan and plan and stay ahead of your school work any reading you can do now will also help you. I read as much as I could because it was hard for me to concentrate when my belly wanted food and my head could not understand why, once you have the sleeve its a different game I felt so much better I moved slow but dint have the hunger pains..
