Happy to report scale finally moved this morning....although not much it still moved!!! Very excited!!! -
I was sleeved on December 17th and have lost a total of 11 pounds since surgery date. I am very disappointed after seeing other people's weight loss on this site. My biggest concern is I have not lost an ounce in like 5-6 days....the scale will not budge. I don't understand how this is possible being I'm taking in so few calories daily. I'm getting very discouraged :-(

Thank you!! Definitely makes me feel better but still hard to see how hard I'm working and not seeing any progress. I hope my body figures out what is going on soon so I can start seeing some progress!! -

I'm drinking between 48-72 ounces of liquid daily. I'm drinking 2-3 protein shakes and having a few bites of purée tuna or turkey meatballs for lunch and dinner. I'm taking all of my vitamins- not sure what else to do :-( -

My 2 weeks are up Monday but my dr appt is not until Wednesday. All of the paperwork tell me to move after 2 weeks.....not sure what to do? I bought some things at the grocery today thinking I was going to just start Monday but I might chicken out lol -

I started my 2 week pre op diet today and I'm starving!! I've had 4 protien shakes and some broth and jello today. I don't know how I'm going to survive the next two weeks. Any help from people who have gone through it old be appreciated. thanks :-)

Great idea. Was this allowed on your pre op diet or did you just take it upon yourself to do this to get through the day.

How much biotin, zinc etc should I take a day? Each supplement offers several different levels, I want to make sure I'm getting enough in to make a difference.

I have a few months until my surgery and my biggest fear is I won't like the way I look after loosing my weight. I think I've been overweight for so long I'm so used to looking the way I do that I'm scared to loose weight and not look like myself. Am I crazy? -
