I was doing the 1100 calories and working out but I gained and not just muscle. Even at 165 I am still overweight because I am only 4'11. My abdomen area is where the weight went back to. I am trying any and everything. High calorie low calorie. I can only eat every 3 hrs and it's small amounts.

Ok so this time last year I was in the pre-op area before going in for my life changing surgery. As you can see from my previous post I am not where I want to be but I would do it all over again I have no regrets and pray that I make to my goal!! Happy SLEEVE ANNIVERSARY TO ME AND all the other September 19th sleevers!!'

Hello all. It has been a long while for me on here. I have been reading and catching up and would like to say congrats to EVERYONE!! As for me not so good. I started at 212 and currently I'm 165. I was down to 153. Don't know what went wrong. I work out I gain I eat properly I gain. I cut down the exercising I increased and decreased my calorie intake. My highest was 1000. Yes this is my place to vent-. I have been doing this for the last 4-6 months. If anyone has ANY suggestions please reply in box what ever. Just reading about the gallbladder on here. I had mine removed a little over a year ago. I was having terrible pain even if I didn't eat anything. Went to er and was given morphine and set up ro have surgery . Never made it ro the scheduled appointment because went back ro emergency room and was scheduled for. Regency gallbladder removal. I have never been happier. New me, new you... blessings

I started in April of this year with Kaiser and I will be sleeved tomorrow. I am really excited and can't wait to begin my new journey. New me, new you... blessings

I am also pre-op my date is 9/19/2012. I am not nervous because I know all will be ok. I am more afraid of the obesity and it's complications if I don't have the sleeve done. I am new to the site also and I am scheduled for Wednesday to have mine done. Ok course I spoke ro my husband about it from the beginning. I have not been going around telling people. I did tell my mom and my sister just because I know I will need their support and they have been supportive since day one on this journey. You will run across someone that will try and talk you out of it but as for me, I prayed , prayed some more and I am comfortable with my decision and my soul is at peace and I am ready for my new journey to begin.
