So very glad to hear this...I have gained two pounds and I'm a month out. Kinda nervous

With PCOS, weight loss helps to regulate your hormones. 10% weight loss can make this happen. This makes it easier to become pregnant because we are finally ovulating.

I am on puréed. Thanks for the reminder of egg face blog. I am worried that it is milk making the shakes yucky for me.

I am in Tulsa. I am drinking Decaf tea (water causes intense heartburn). My Protein Drink is EAS right now. How about you?

I was training for one and then had a foot injury. Then, of course, surgery was next. Just hoping I can get in enough food for the energy I need. I am 11 days out and feel so weak.

Since I am new in my sleeved journey, I needed to see this today. Congrats.

My surgery was on November 13th. I signed up for the Disney Princess Half Marathon for February 2013. Do you think that is too ambitious?

I have been wondering this as well. I just want to take a drink, not sips. Any advice would be great.

Well, finally got to go home yesterday evening since I spent two days vomiting. They did a leak test and there is no leak but severe reflux. I hope that subsides soon! I am still in the regret stage at this point to be honest. Hoping it gets easier to get my Fluid in. On the up side I lost 11 pounds pre-op and 2 pounds since surgery.

Well, this has been a rough experience for me. I had my sleeve on the 13th of this month. Have had severe nausea and vomiting. So, if I can get in 100cc/hour, I get to go home! No pain at thei point just not enjoying the nausea.

Good morning, I hope you feel better real soon and hopefully you can go home today. You said, band did you mean sleeve? It is good that you is able to walk some. So, I had my band on Tuesday. I want to leave and dot do this at all. However, my hubby said no, that this is what I had been wanting and insurance had approved. So, the first two days were rough. I walked alot but anything by most made me vomit! This has made it zero fun.
Had an upper GI yesterday and it all looked good. I rested my stomach again yesterday and just started ice chips again. Hope I get to go home today.

My approval came today! I'm waiting to get my final directions from my doctor. Mixed feelings and I don't know why.
I had the same mixed feelings issues until today, my pre-op day. Good luck and I am so happy for you. Congrats.

Tomorrow is my day! I have been so nervous and worried that this is the wrong decision for me. But as the time gets closer, I'm just ready to be on the other side of the journey!! So happy to hear all the good reports and so excited for everyone else's upcoming surgeries.
Bright Blessings

2 days left. Hospital called yesterday and told me to be there at 9 am on Monday. I'm not nervous yet. I have 12 pills to take on Sunday. I'm anxious to get packed and get this done. I've worked hard to get to this point. I've lost 26.4 pounds to this point. My goal was 30 before surgery. I'm hoping that will happen by Monday morning.
I am doing my pre-op same day and time! We are gonna do great!

I will be in Owasso.

November 13th is quickly approaching for me.

I'm having my surgery on the 13th too. I'm from Oklahoma and wished I had the peace some of you have. I think it was just such a surprise insurance came through. I am unsure about the process but know I have to make a change. Good luck to all and look forward to watching our decreasing numbers and increasing health. Bright blessings.
Anyone use Bailey Bariatrics in Owasso Oklahoma?
