Hi!
I am fairly new to this forum and live in Janesville, WI. I am getting sleeed on Oct. 30th by Dr. Garcia in Tijuana, MX. I'm super excited and nervous at the same time!
I would love to keep in contact with you all and share stories and tips. This is such a big decision and change in our lives that having people who understand what we are going through is such a blessing as I know I will definitely need advice and support.
Good luck to everyone out there and I can't wait to start this journey to a NEW ME!! It's been way too long hiding behind my insecurities. I am ready to work hard and play hard and achieve my new goals.

Hello all, my name is Megan I am 28 I am married with 2 kids, 3 and 16months I live in wisconsin getting sleeved Oct the 8th with Dr. Kemmerling yaaaaay !!!! I weigh 245 now. And I am 5` 3" i am also very nervous about well everything . God be with you all

just received the info from my doc yesterday.
1) Calcium if citrate take 1500mg divided into 2 or 3 doses......
if carbonate take 2000 mg do not take within 2 hours of your multi Vitamin
2)Chewable Muti Vitamin
3)Vitamin B Complex 1 pill every 2 or 3 days
4) Vitamin C start now 1000 mg day divided into smaller doses
5)B-12 sublingual, Crystalline form 350-500mcg daily for first 2 months after surgery and then as decided by doctor after labs
6) Biotin 1000mcg a dose and up to 3 doses a day for hair loss (check your daily Multivitamin and if it includes Biotin subtract from 3000 mcg dose)
7) zinc 15-30 mg a day *****can be toxic so must check daily vitamin first to see if its already included******
