  1. I'm going to start going to my counselor again. I'm not sure where I will fit it in, but its worth it.
  2. WW points values are derived from carbs, Fiber, and Protein. I plan to join again for support and guidance.
  3. I am one of those who freely admit to having a food addiction/obsession. One thing I've noticed about myself postop. More so than usual, I've become fixated on my iPhone. I cannot stop fidgeting with it. I cannot binge. I'm avoiding all my trigger foods to keep losing and stay in ketosis. Sooooooo. Now more than ever b4, I grab my phone. I check VST. I check FB. I check email. Play a game. Put it back. Less than 30 seconds later I'm doing it again. To those who read this, you may dismiss me as being silly. Making mountains out of mole hills. I know this is a little thing, but I do believe addiction is a slippery slope. I think the constant fidgeting with my phone has become my food substitute. Am I the only one noticing this kind of thing, not necessarily this specifically, on some level?
  4. I love Port. Sweet. Dry. Red. White. Rose. Ice. Sparkling. Champagne. Sigh...
  5. Can I steal Sleevie Nicks? I'm so jealous I didn't think of it. Of course, with my manly appetite and fondness for Journey I was also considering Sleeve Perry.
  6. Lol! Not in Ohio. Back on topic. I totally agree about always being fat on the inside. In my brain. It has shaped and developed who I am today. It's ingrained in my cells. I think I'm okay with that too.
  7. Well I want matching gloves too! :-D
  8. I've always wanted a parasol. The lacy girly kind.
  9. That when you have a stall it means you will never lose another pound and your sleeve failed.
  10. Your sleeve may or may not approve. If doc says okay, it's all trial and error. I was told minimum of 30 days. Others were told different. I was supposed to go to a wine tasting last night, and I'm pushing 5 weeks postop, but my friend canceled last minute. So I didn't go. I do not have a personal experience to share just yet.
  11. I don't know. Can you? Ms. Manners strikes again! :-P
  12. Suspect caught without any more lives lost. Far too many lives lost so far.
  13. Second. Third. Fourth... Lol I'm glad I did it tho.
  14. Indeed. I pray that they catch this kid without anymore lives lost. And soon.
  15. I'm going to a wine tasting tonight. It's a small event. 3 different wines. Quantity is about 1/2 a Dixie cup full each. They use small wine glasses. I will share how it goes.
  16. I cannot believe no one said this... Especially Laura. Put a little bougie in it. :-o
