I did good but now waiting waiting waiting for Monday. Getting a little nervous. Don't know what I'm afraid of but none the less. How did your surgery go. How long did it take. How long we're you out. Thanks for the support.

I am the 10th at 7:30 am. Starting to get nervous-doing prep is tough on me. All day in the bathroom.

I Nerves are starting to set in. Any help!!!

I had dinner with friends tonight and just told them that I had an upset stomach. I haven't told anyone about the surgery so I had to tell a little white lie. They were okay with just talking no questions at all. I decided early not to tell a lot of people because it is too easy for something to cancel the surgery and that is a whole other explanation. Will think of you this week.

Me too. Start all Clear liquids in the morning with the bowel prep. Surgery Monday at 7:30 am.

My date is the 10th. On liquids now. Going on. Lear liquids and just realized how many food commercials there are on tv?????

OMG! 5 days away. Are we doing okay? Got a bunch of prep over the weekend.

Some insurance require 40 BMI or more. 35 if you have co morbidities. Like diabetes, hypertension. My insurance would only accept the diagnosis of morbidly obese (I weight 277# and am 5'6" ) Call your insurance co and ask them what their requirements and then tell your doctor what diagnosis you need. Will save you 30 days every time it is submitted.

And I am really getting nervous! Any advice?? Please make my feel better about this!!

Everything done except one more poke in the arm for blood and my two week pre op diet and then surgery. Is it time to get nervous yet? December 10 surgery day at 7 am.
