I had a lap band in August of 2004, as of August of 2010 I had a slip. My band had since showed signs of erosion as of 2011. In late June of 2012 I had my lap band removed. On September 11 2012 I had the Sleeve. I had my surgery done at Holy Cross Hospital in Fort Lauderdale by Dr. Moses K Shieh.
