  1. Awesome!!! Congrats!!!
  2. I'm sorry lovie It sounds like you are doing everything right. It just takes time. Everyday gets easier!!! Hang in there!!! Have you tried a heating pad? It really helped me.
  3. Sounds like you might need to try a different med. I use prilosec. Over the counter. Walmart brand.
  4. Try some milk of magnesia. Works great.
  5. That's one sexy lumber jack
  6. It is probably nothing, as usually they take a lot of pics. But never assume no news is good news. Make sure you get the results. Too many times people fall thru the cracks because the assume if something is wrong their doc would call. I don't think it's something to worry about, but just make sure you get your results. Best wishes
  7. Stomachs come in all shapes and sizes. Some are short, some are long. If you have a long stomach, the banana portion left will be longer and hold more than someone with a short stomach and short sleeve. That may explain some of the differences in how much you can hold.
  8. You are awesome!!! Such an inspiration!!! Wow!!
  9. No need to exchange. Everyone I encountered accepted American money. Even in the restraunts and stores. I used my credit card too with no problems. I agree about small denomination bills. You don't want to get stuck with a bunch of pesos as change. Good luck and best wishes on your journey!!
  10. Best wishes on your journey!! One thing you may want to bring with you is a heating pad!!! It was a life saver for me. Really helped with the gas pains. As far as nausea and pain... They will give you medicine in the hospital to take care of that. They gave me reglan and toradol in my IV and a pain shot when it got bad. They also gave me toradol to come with.
  11. I had it before and still have it now. I'm pretty use to it. The good news is I have never suffered from the constipation some post sleevers do, because of it.
  12. Sorry you are feeling poorly!! It really does get better every day!! Hang in there and keep walking!!! Prayers!!
  13. Hopefully they will get you any minute now!!
  14. Best wishes to you!!! You will be in good hands. Trish is awesome!!! And dr ponce is brilliant!!
  15. Yes it does!!! I'm tired of being alone. But I won't settle for crap anymore either!! Mr right has to be out there somewhere!!
  16. Low blow!! I'm a proud Texan!! You guys are cracking me up!!! I've been a little down and feeling lonely too. My hormones are a mess and all this sexy talk had me blushing!! Oh... The life of a single sleever
  17. Yes. It's like the mio squeezables. You just add however much you want to your bottle of water.
  18. My new favorite is the desani pineapple coconut!!! It's is awesome!!! I like that you can make it as weak or strong as you like.
  19. Really?! Iggy is a Debbie downer for standing up for the Op?! No way. I didn't read anything in her posts that wasn't trying to be helpful!!!
  20. A little bit of achey back pain is normal. But one thing you have to worry about with a high protein diet is kidney stones. So if it is severe or stabbing pain, you may need to call your doctor.
  21. I have lost almost 60 pounds and they have shrunk some but haven't sagged much. I am hoping they will be about the same as before I gained all the extra weight. If not, I will get a revision. Good luck to you!!
  22. Are you measuring out your food to make sure you don't over eat? Right now it's still hard for your tiny tummy to let you know you are full and one bite to many can push you over the edge. Like others have said... Chew well, and eat slowly. And also measure out just enough for me at 7 weeks. I could only do 2 ounces at a time. Best wishes!!!
  23. Watch the fat content too. I tried to stick to the lower fat canned meats. Chicken, tuna, and salmon. Good luck!!
  24. Prayers for a speedy recovery!! Keep us posted!!
