    no drinking BEFORE meals?

That video on YouTube is about gastric bypass patients who do not have a pyloric valve. They have a small stoma. With VSG our pyloric valve is still intact.

    no drinking BEFORE meals?

My plan says when you start to eat you stop drinking until at least 30 minutes after you are finished eating.

  8. Wow!!! Sexxy lady!!! Look at those legs.....
  9. Also you can use any chocolate or vanilla protein and add instant coffee crystals (decaf or regular) to it and any torani SF syrup to bump it up. That is what I do so I make sure I am getting the appropriate type of protein.
  10. Dr Perez does surgery in cancun with alighterme.com Dr. Alejandro Lopez does surgery in puerto Vallarta (a tourist beach area) and is a great doctor. He no longer uses alighterme so you will have to google him to get his contact info.
  11. Love love love fit frappe mocha and vanilla. Chai tea is good too but it's an acquired taste. Don't do the McDonald's frappe way too many calories and sugar laden. Click is another brand that is yummy if you want the frappe type protein. Check it out. Chike is another brand that has iced coffee protein. Fit frappe if you email them they will send you free samples.

    Muscle milk light

Muscle milk has a high lead content so be careful using it.

Walk walk walk. Take gas x and walk walk walk. It's the only thing that helps after surgery.

    Any one has Humana insurance

With a BMI of 38.1 they will more than likely require you to be diagnosed with at least one comorbidity. Diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or sleep apnea. If your BMI was 40 or above they do not require the comorbidities.

    Change in Eye Sight?

I just read a post on another sight today concerning eyesight worsening over time. That person is no longer even allowed to drive. She is 2-3 years out. Her dr explained to her that it was the loss of fat from behind the eye and possibly irritation of nerve inflammation behind the eye. This is scary. I will definitely be doing more research on this subject. Today is the first I have heard of vision problems caused by WLS. Not being able to drive is serious business.
  18. If you have comorbs you will still be approved if you lose wgt. If you do not....you run the risk of not being approved if you drop below the BMI. My surgeons office specifically told me "do not lose or you will be denied."
