I love oreo's. I am good after about 2 and I only do it on occasion.

I've taken to walking the mall at a brisk pace until I can stand to go back outside again. And swing dance lessons... loads of fun!

It's not so much about them moving out, cause at this point my kids can't move out on their own? They are only 10 & 14, It's more cause their father is here, and moving them away from their friends and schools I don't think its such a good idea?

Oh sorry. I thought your kids were much older. See assuming makes me so wrong. You still have plenty of time before that happens...I mean them leaving the nest......

Oh yeah I do, lol. It's ok, they are still pretty young, I do hope for them that they do go off to college to get a life experience that I chose not to do though. My son is awesome in football so I hope for him he keeps going with it, and possibly gets a scholarship somewhere to play? That would be amazing!!! My daughter on the other hand she is the older one, and isn't great in school, but does her best, and she isn't into sports but she has her mind set on what she wants to do for now, but it's changed so we will see?

Too funny! lol

Pain drugs scare me now. I keep getting addicted. It has happened 3 times so far that I had to break the addiction. Man not fun Ginger Snaps. Thank you for your kind words though, your a doll!

OK... so no pain drugs... I usually manage to avoid taking them at all but I did have to take oxycontin one time and I could completely understand the ease of getting addicted to them. How about I just send you some good, meditative relaxation thought waves. Just wishing you peace and rest and comfort.

I'll take the good thoughts.

Yeah! For some reason, pretty much anything sliced at the deli works for me, but have difficulty with most cuts of steak, except filet.

Yeah, That is so awesome, I have a friend that she saw me a couple weeks ago, and at that point I had only lost like 40lbs, and she is now going to her first appt on july 7th to start the process. I go every morning to dunkin donuts to get the guys coffees, and this morning I saw a couple there with a brand new baby, and they were extremely heavy, and I wanted to help them, I wanted to talk to them, but I don't want to be rude!!! I was thinking I should get a shirt made up that says HEAVY? Ask me about WLS? LOL. I just know how it is to be like that and I want to help everyone now, and my journey is just starting and I still am a ways away from my goal? So I can just imagine how I will be then?

Yup..Your right you just can't go up to someone and say have you ever heard of WLS. That is like the abuses we have taken all our lives. but you can find an avenue to do it. You just have to look for it..I have and it is working for me slowly but surely.! I might be making a difference!
